The sound is also awesome and I love the App that comes with the phones, it's top notch. The problem I had with these headphones is that it states it has an 8 hour charge. I never got over 3 hours. Also I had a LOT of trouble with the charging device. It was a headache, it was like it was not connecting properly to the charging device. I also had a lot of problems with getting them to turn on, I don't know why. I was able to work with them and keep them working for about 8 months and finally one of the earbuds just came apart. I'm currently going through a warranty claim process to see if I can't get them fixed.

So sorry to hear of the poor battery life that you are experiencing. You should most certainly be getting eight hours out of this unit. We do cover our Bluetooth headphones with a two-year limited warranty.
