    I once purchased JLab headphones that I didn't like but these were different styles so I figured I would give them another shot. And I was disappointed yet again. I don't understand for the life of me what people like about this company. Their products are cheaply made and they just don't sound good. That's just my opinion but honestly I don't understand what people enjoy about this company.

    First one earbud did not work and then a while later the other earbud stopped working. Was disappointed they did not work longer than they did.

    These aren't the worst earbuds, but they're certainly not the best either. Low price means low quality. They lasted me until I was able to get the ones I really wanted.

    Not designed to be used for workout - the volume module will keep pulling the plug out of the ear. Audio quality is just OK - you get what you pay for.

    Purchased less than two months ago - already broke

    I purchased these on Jul 5 and it's Aug 27 and the left ear is already ringing with static and no audio. I know they're cheap but wow

    Poor sound quality. Everyone says that I sound far away. It also is not long enough so it is constantly falling off.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. Getting a good fit and seal can greatly improve sound quality!     Got these to use for work. They do fit and feel great but the problem is connectivity. They worked fine the first few days but that was about it. Constantly losing connection. If I take a call on them they disconnect as well. Now they won't even charge. Matter of fact, they have been on the charger for 2 days( 8-2-17/8-4-17) and they are still dead. Contacted Jlab and I will be sending them in for a replacement.

    The sound is good but the battery life is terrible. The battery only last about 2 hours on medium volume. Hard to recommend.

    I don't even know why I fell for these unassuming, objectively bad set of headphones, the controls are bad, the mike is way up your chin and really have to put it to your mouth in order to sound clearly to the other person on a call, there are points where I just listen to the left earbud and hold the right one in my hand to speak properly in the mic. Would have returned if I hadn't thrown away the packaging

    It may be my connection to bluetooth, or wifi, but the microphone dies when I use them in a zoom meeting on my laptop.

    Stopped playing sound only had for 3 week so trashed them would not buy again and I bought 2 pair both stoped

    Not good and heavy on ears

    I tried these for a day and soon realize that the sound quality was a big issue at the same time were uncomfortable to wear due to heavy control panel in the middle.

    So we bought these headphones almost a year ago, but my husband never really used them much until now. As a driver for his job he has to be hands free, well today while connected to his phone (not in use at the time but connected) the bulky piece got so hot around his neck that he was burned. This is extremely dangerous especially for someone that is driving. Very disappointed because now we have to find him something else.

    I wouldn’t recommend these to athletes. The placing of the volume down and up messes up the balance of the ear phones so you constantly have to adjust it.

    I was looking for an inexpensive set of earbuds and I got EXACTLY what I paid for. Spend another $20 to get something better. These didn’t last
