      So sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Jbuds Pro. Although not our top of the line headphone, they should produce nice sound, and have connectivity up to 30ft. Sounds like you may have received a bad set. We do cover these under warranty for two years, and we'll gladly get them replaced for you.     At first these worked great. The sound was alright for the price but then the battery section bulged up. There is something wrong with the battery. I can't return these anymore because it's been over the allotted time eventhough I didn't use then but a handful of times.

    Excellent Budget Earbuds

    For $20, these are great earbuds. They have decent sound quality and about 6-7 hours of battery life. If you need a cheap pair of Bluetooth earbuds, these are a great option.

      We are bummed to hear you are having troubles syncing to Bluetooth. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until you see a red and blue light flashing back and forth. Do not release the power button when you see the blue flashing light, but wait until you see the red and blue flashing light. Once you see that your JBuds Pro will be ready to connect to your device.

    I was disappointed enough to return them despite the relatively low cost. The cable between each ear piece is short and a bit less flexible than one would desire. It flops against one's neck in an uneven and uncomfortable way. Let me state it another way: the cord does not lay flat.

    I got it for my brother to Africa but it never turned on. Sadly , i cannot return it because it will pass the 30 days as i will be back after 2 months.

    You get what you pay for. If you just need something quick go for it. If it’s something you are going to use a lot spend some money and get something good. I’ve had a few pair of these and the battery on all of them eventually started to mess up.

    I bought these headphones, hoping for a good pair to use while I work out at the gym. These are not suitable for that purpose. They are constantly falling out of my ears and it is quite frustrating. I will be returning these at my earliest convenience.
