This is the 4th pair I've bought but will no longer purchase this brand if there is no way to keep them clipped to my shirt while I'm at work.

So sorry to hear of the pairing difficulties. To put these into a pairing mode, simply turn the headphones off, and then hold onto the power button for about ten seconds. The led light will flash blue & red to indicate that they're in a pairing mode.
