    Okay for the Price

    I actually got these as part of a retirement gift using company points. I do a lot of walking and listening to podcasts. The sound quality is average. If I were listening to music I would opt for something with a bit more bass and resonance. After many months of intermittent use I still haven't figured out a good way to have them stay in my ears despite the gadget attachments and clip. Given the chance I would buy ear buds without the wire as this set is a bit cumbersome to use.

    Volume down button failed after 4 1/2 months

    Purchased Aug 13th, worked fine until Dec 29th when the volume down button stopped working. It no longer 'clicks' when pushed and doesn't adjust the volume. The other two buttons seem to work correctly. I can get around the button failure using the volume controls on my phone but I would have hoped these earbuds would still be fully functional after 4 1/2 months.

    Battery Life is Terrible

    The battery life is terrible. It says 6 hours but mine die in about 3. Bought it last week. Sound quality is not great, but i suppose that's to be expected at this price.

    Faulty product

    while using these headphones, it will randomly send an incredibly loud screeching sound through the headphones. It is very painful. It has happened several times now. The first time it happened was after the return window had expired. Otherwise, I would have returned it immediately. Bluetooth headphones are too expensive to be wasting it on products that will hurt your ears. I do not recommend anyone buy this product.

    Save for better earbuds

    The volume control on the right side feels like you are carrying a brick, and it also causes the right earbud to fall out. The overall quality of the sound of the earbuds was also disappointing. Even though I only paid $15 for them, I still expected better. It would be so much better to just save your money to by a better pair of earbuds.

    I purchased a JVC-FX9BT Wireless In-Ear Headphone from Best Buy. It stopped charging after I used it a couple of times. JVC sent me another headphone but it also stopped working after first time. They do not want do any thing about it. DO NOT Buy this product

    Poor battery

    I am very disappointed with these. I use them for cell phone calls. After one hour long call I make sure to turn them off. Then when I come back to use them again they are dead. How can they be losing charge so fast. Don't waste your money.

    My JLab headphones developed a lot of noise in last month. I would not consider spending money on this, rather spend somewhere I can get reliability. I am not even able to return this.

    Good At First. Not for Intense Workouts.

    I order these back in July and loved them at first. They were convienent to lose the cord while working out. But they do not hold up to sweat at all. Within a few months they were broken and no longer charge or turn on at all. If you aren’t going to sweat while using them that are great but if you are looking for a headphone to give you some freedom at the gym this is not for you.

    Purchased on a Monday and returning them on a Wednesday. They worked great the first day, used them to work out without a problem for about an hour and a half. Used them the next day to watch some videos for about another hour. Everytime they were not being used they were turned off to protect the battery life. Went to used them today (Wednesday) and they were dead. Tried to charge them using the cable it came with, with no luck. Appemtped to charge using my phone cable, no luck. Tried again using their cable and still nothing. Maybe I bought a bad set, but not wanting to find out.

    Wont charge after three months of ownership

    All, I have purchased JLB wireless headphones and now this product. JLB made it a year before if would no longer charge. Contacted the company, sent photos, multiple emails and nothing. Funny, I responded to their emails advising I was going to get the credit card receipt but they closed out the complaint. Of course who keeps a receipt after a year for a gift and they would not replace. This pair from JLAB made it three months and today, guess what would not charge. I would stick to wired headphones if you can. JLB almost a hundred dollars this pair 25. DON'T BUY .....

    Worked for seven weeks

    After seven weeks audio stopped while while playing. Bluetooth still connected but no volume. Reconnected bluetooth, still no volume. Tried to turn earbuds off but power button won't work. Hours later it's still locked up and still has a blinking blue light showing it has power). Warranty through company looks iffy. See if it works.

    Piece of Junk

    Had these heaphones for just a couple of months and they quit. Worked fine this morning. Plugged in to charge while i was at lunch, came back and now they do nothing. Light shows it was charging but dead as a door nail. Don't waste your money. Go with a better brand. Thats what i get for trying to save a buck.
