    I have to rate this as 2 stars because I couldn’t link it to my new phone. The Cspire reps couldn’t link it either. I bought another Bluetooth headset from the cell phone company after this. I gave it to my husband. Apparently, it is not compatible with newer phones.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.
