Value-oriented BT buds... Audio Quality is OK...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These buds prove that JLAB is trying to get their hat in a VERY crowded ring... There must be dozens of BT headphones to choose from on my every visit to Best Buy - A few new every time. These are certainly aiming for the entry of this market at their price point, and for the entry level, they're not bad. They are light, seem to be well made (enough). but the audio quality is EXTREMELY tinny... No bass to speak of, despite the appearance of large drivers that MIGHT just be industrial design cues rather than actual engineered drivers for full sound. The cables are also very THIN which makes for light, un-noticeable use (which most users prefer) but the cords being so soft and thin also lead to easy crimping - Just pulling the ties off of them when opening from new put a permanent crimp in one part of the cable. Battery life is VERY good, as I was able to charge these once and user them for an entire weekend of listening for a few hours a day and a few miles of walking in addition. These were extremely comfortable and light during my brisk walk, and should work well for running or gym workouts also. All in all, if you're looking for sub-$50 wireless buds, these are a good choice, but investing more WILL get you much more from the competition. These will NOT compete with the likes of Jabra, Plantronics, Beats, or JBL on audio quality but you pay MUCH more for this portability and if deep music isn't your taste, these will satisfy you with good battery life and easy storage/ comfortable use. JLAB seems to be finding their place as a value-oriented "good enough" producer of audio accessories. I've had very BAD products from them and VERY GOOD ones. These are closer to the GOOD side for me!

Economic Bluetooth Headphones
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was truly impressed with these JLAB Jbuds Pro. I was not expecting much when I received them but I am very satisfied that I have them. The sound quality is amazing with a very balanced signature and a great bass emphasis. If you're on a budget and need Bluetooth headphones then these are a phenomenal choice. Although they sound great and have decent battery life they do have some flaws that forced me to drop a star. They are very uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. My ears were sore after my listening session and I just couldn't get the right fit in terms of comfort but they did for well in terms of how secure they were in my ear. They also flash a blue light periodically from the battery which could be an annoyance but nothing too bad. The Bluetooth range was not as good as I hoped it would be as the sound cut out easily going behind walls such as when leaving the media player in a bedroom and walking to the kitchen. I will recommend taking your media player with you so the signal doesn't suddenly drop. The battery is also very big and heavy and will lean to your right side so they are not ideal for working out with. They are advertised as water resistant but I have been using these for casual listening and that works for me. Aside from that they are truly impressive and I look forward to picking up another pair to gift as a present come gift giving season. Side note: There is an app for these headphones called JLab but it is hardly functional. It has a lot of bugs and needs a lot of work. Besides that the headphones are great.

A Double-Edged “Audio Sword” – The Good & Bad
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To start with, the JLAB JBuds Pro Wireless In-Ear Headphones is a bit of a double-edged sword. On one hand, there’s the need to compare them against other in-ear Bluetooth earphones, and on the other hand, there’s the interest in comparing them against other JLAB Audio Bluetooth earphones/headphones. Starting with a comparison against Bluetooth earphones from other manufacturers, these (to be completely honest) don’t sound all that great. In terms of sound quality, they are fairly equivalent to others in the same price-range, including some that cost $5-15 more…however, for twice the price (which, as $50 is still fairly inexpensive for stereo Bluetooth earphones), you will find several choices that sound considerably better. Next, moving to the comparison against other JLab Bluetooth earphones/headphones, the JBuds Pro Wireless In-Ear Headphones (or JBuds Pro Bluetooth Signature Earbuds, as JLAB Audio listed on their own website), this new unit would appear to be their “budget” Bluetooth model, and (I’m assuming) probably won’t sound as good as their other Bluetooth earphones. Looking at build quality, these are of typical JLAB Audio quality, meaning that they don’t “suck”, but they also aren’t very good. I remember buying my brother a pair of JBuds earphones several years ago, and, unfortunately,. They didn’t last very long. It’s true that my brother could be (at that point of his life) a bit “harsh” with headphones/earphones, but they lasted less time than similarly-priced units from Sony, Skullcandy, JVC, etc. While he said the audio quality was “ok”, he continued to prefer those made by Sony, even if having to spend slightly more. Personally,. Prior to now, I’ve never owned, or even listened to, JBuds…and, after listening to the JBuds Pro Wireless In-Ear Headphones, I don’t think I’ll be listening to them any further. FINAL VERDICT: If you want an inexpensive pair of in-ear Bluetooth earphones that sound “good” (because you’re too cheap to purchase high-quality audio gear), and if you tend to be hard on your audio gear (thus they tend to have a “short life”), then the JBuds Pro Wireless In-Ear Headphones could be considered a “good buy”. At only $25, they’re inexpensive, have slightly-better-than-average sound quality (for their price). I’ll even admit that they sounded better than I had expected…I had expected them to be horrible, and they weren’t. On the other hand, if you’re someone who greatly enjoys listening to music, prefers very good, or better, sound quality, and doesn’t mind spending (up to) twice the price of these, then you’re probably better off avoiding them, as there are several other choices that sound better, are of a better build quality, and don’t cost much more. I truly wish I could recommend these, but, if I want to stick to being “open & honest”, I can’t. Once again, if you’re “financially strapped”, and just want decent Bluetooth earphones, then these will fit your wants/needs, and will even sound slightly better than many others selling for the same price…BUT, if you can afford to spend slightly more, prefer better audio quality, and want/need better build quality, then there are several other choices to select from, for which you will find yourself a happier customer. Sorry, JLAB Audio, but this is a bit on the letdown side. Disclaimer: This product was provided free, or at reduced cost, for the purpose of reviewing the product. Nevertheless, the above review, be it positive, negative, or anywhere in-between, is a 100% honest review, and the price paid played absolutely no part in my review.

Cheap buds that don't feel or sound that way
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disclaimer: I was given this pair of headphones in exchange for my fair an honest review. I'm generally not a fan of your buds, since my ears are weird and they tend to fall out. However I decided to give the JLabs JBuds Pro Signature a try because of the fitment options and because of my prior luck with JLab's wired options (my son has two pairs of their children-oriented headphones). Everything is packaged well and it comes with what you'd expect a pair of active-oriented earbuds to come with - 3 sizes of cushioned earbud tips, two sizes of fin cushions to lock the earbuds in place while using them, and a short charge cable (micro USB) that matches the color of the packaging. Even the twist tie holding the cable is color-matched to the package and the packaging is done in such a way where it doesn't feel like you're buying a cheap pair of earbuds. Pairing was straightforward with both my iPhone and my Android handsets. My FireTV Stick also detected and paired easily with them, and was able to use Alexa with them. Sound quality was pretty good for cheap headphones. While not as punchy as some more expensive options from other brands, these little guys definitely aren’t bad for the price. They also sounded better than wired and wireless offerings at around the same price point from established brands. And against pack-in buds that come with most phones? No contest. Battery life was also pretty decent. JLab claims 6 hours; I got 5 hours while listening to bass-heavy rock and hip-hop on my iPhone and 6.5 while listening to lighter fare and talking on my Android. In terms of comfort, these weren't too bad. While I'm not a fan of earbuds when compared to over-ear headphones, I can't complain too much about these. They didn't want to fall off easily and I actually forgot I was wearing them while working my late shift job. They also didn’t want to come out of my ears whenever I shook my head, and the design allowed for the cord to go around or behind my neck comfortably. All in all, I'm impressed by these earbuds. They're definitely not enough to make me switch from over the ea or on-ear headphones because of personal preference, but they're a good choice for someone who likes buds and wants a pair of Bluetooth earbuds for the gym or a jog.

Good entry level headphones
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been fairly impressed with these little headphones. While they won't be replacing my higher priced buds, the sound quality is good and the fit is comfortable once you get the right combination of earpieces and fins. The lows are a bit lacking, but at this price point you can't really expect audiophile quality. Charging is relatively quick and, unlike some other brands, uses a ubiquitous micro USB cable instead of a proprietary connection. I've found them to last at least 5 hours between charges at varying volume levels so the advertised 6 hours doesn't seem to be a stretch. The inline remote is a tad heavy and can pull to the side, but using the included cable clip helps quite a bit. The remote works well so you don't have to dig out your phone to change tracks or volume settings. I haven't had to use them for phone calls so I can't comment on the microphone. Overall, these are a good bargain for an entry-level set of headphones that just work.

Excellent low-cost ear buds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was impressed with the sound from the JBuds Pro Signature Wireless In-Ear Earbud Headphones. Nice bass, balanced nicely with highs and mid-tones. Not tinny or cheap sounding at all. Volume was more than adequate to blow your eardrums if desired. When starting to play the volume ramps up rather than just kicking in. Comparing these to a much more expensive set of “sport” buds, these are clearly better. There are three sets of different sized jell spacers along with two sizes of “fins” to assist in keeping these buds in your ears. The medium size jell held the buds firmly in my ears without the fins. I was not concerned with them falling out while running and exercising. The connecting cord is long enough to place either behind your head or hanging down under your chin and there is an included clip to clip it to a shirt collar if desired. I am concerned with how thin the wire is and how long it may take to break a connection though. The earbuds pair quickly and have a decent line-of-sight distance. I use them mostly with an iPod mini, keeping it in my front pant pocket the signal will occasionally cut out but works fine from my front shirt pocket. These, like most earbuds, work best with your device close or in an arm band. The battery charges pretty quickly and lasts through two hour long commutes and an hour lunch with no problem. The microphone worked well, not as clear as the phone but was understandable and acceptable. JLAB also has an app for your phone which has a “burn-in” feature that is supposed to exercise the drivers. It crashed my android phone but worked fine on my iPhone. It suggests to run the test sound for 40 or so hours. Not sure the juice is worth squeeze on this one. It also is a sales tool for their other products. At this price point, I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for an inexpensive set of earbuds. I give these 5 stars, not because they are the best headphones ever but for the value vs sound they provide.

Quality Bluetooth Earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I know what you're thinking. Should I cough up an additional $10 to $15 more on wireless headsets? Well the answer is, most def. And here are the main reasons the J Bud Pros should be considered. The ear buds fit comfortably in your ear canal with the aid of there trademark designed Cush Fins. It adds to the stability of a powerful set of earbuds. The practical use of Bluetooth is no secrecy. It's always convenient to be wireless and not tied up to your phone. I even forgot where I put my phone during a call once, this is how sleek and comfy they are. The battery life is less than what they advertise in the specs. I feel it was an hour and a half less, so about 4.5 hours. Additionally, I've falling asleep listening to music without waking up to a tangled mess. Great product for those leading active lifestyles. This is a great tool to have for your tablet or phone.

Good sound at economy price..
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As they say, you get what you pay for. I think these are decent head phones for the price that you pay for them. The sound quality is good and pretty much at par with other head phones in this price range. I have another TarTronics head phone which sound pretty much the same. The battery life on these is pretty good (better than my 200$ LG headphones). I am usually able to go whole day without a recharge (my phone goes out before these guys :)). From a build perspective, they are too "plasticky" for me and do look cheap. I have tough time opening the cover which hides the DC charging point. I have to always use a screw driver or something. Overall, I would recommend these if you want something in this particular price range. Remember, you will get what you pay for but won't have too many complaints.

Nice! Good quality at a great price!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Review for JLAB® - JBuds Pro Wireless In-Ear Headphones - Black Summary: Nice! Good quality at a great price! These headphones are some of the best I’ve ever tried! They are better fitting (read: snug) in your ears. As a result they DO block more outside sound, but the result is clearer highs, better bass, and just overall nice sound. They come with a charging cable and multiple sized gel tips for bigger/smaller ears. They claim to last 6 hours on a charge; we’ll see. I knocked off one star because the battery unit is larger and heavier than similar units and sways when you move fast. I think this would make them hard to use when running. They do come with a clothes clip that lets you anchor them a bit. This works fine for walking and less strenuous movement. Very happy with these!

Nice sounding earbuds with decent battery life
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These JLab Audio earbuds have a nice sound, not too bassy or tweety, but you can tell I'm no expert. What I like about these are the fit and the size. They are very comfortable in my ears, and they stay in even without using the "wings". Many of these style of buds that go behind the neck will have the cord get stuck on clothing and turning your head dislodges one of them. These do not tend to do that. Also, there is very little noise that comes through the buds when the cord is moved. The battery life seems fine. A couple of hours and the battery was still "good" as reported by the helpful voice that describes what is happening. The only issue I have, and it is minor, is that it would not pair to my Apple Watch. The watch could see it, but could not connect. I didn't try too long to get it working.

Quality earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones worked great! I love wireless earbuds but don't like the idea of them being separate, so the one wire on these is perfect. The battery lasted a long time and easy to charge and connect to my phone. I accidentally sent them through my washing machine so they no longer work... but user error. I'm sure they'd still be holding up 3 years later if I hadn't done that.

JLAB Jbuds Pro - better than expected!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have big name brand buds and these are more comfortable! They stay in my ears well and are very light. They come with 3 size gel tips and 2 fins that add to the fit and make it more comfortable. There is a micro USB for charging, and they charge very quickly. Not sure how long the charge lasts. The sound isn't up to par with JBL, but it's not bad and I'm not worried about losing them for this price. I was able to take calls easily and the conversation was clear. I can access Siri easily. Move forward and back through tunes, raise and lower volume. I synced easily to Bluetooth. I understand there is an app for these, but I haven't needed that. Overall, for this price point, they're great low end ear buds.

Good sound and battery life!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Enjoying these bluetooth earbuds so far. I have used them for several hours at a time while cutting grass and they are comfortable, sound really good, and passively remove outside noise. I don't have turn them up very loud to drown out the lawn mower. I also really like the fins that keep the buds in my ears without adding extra bulk or weight. The only complaint I have is the cord between the buds is a little on the short side. I cannot clip the cord to my shirt without the earbuds pulling out when I turn my head. Not a big issue for me but may be for others. Overall I'd recommend these to anyone looking for good sound out of bluetooth earbuds at a good price.

Great budget friendly ear buds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds are perfect for the budget minded consumer who wants quality product. They are simplistic in design and connect seamlessly to my iPhone 7 via Bluetooth. They are very comfortable compared to some other brand of earbuds and come with a variety of ear tips and winged tips. The sound is a bit heavy on the low end without enough mid range for my taste but overall very good sound with ample volume. I have yet to test the full life of the battery as I only use them for workouts and lawn maintenance which is only about 2 hours but they last for as long as I need them. If you are looking for some wireless earbuds without breaking the bank this is it.

These Headphones Pass the Test
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When it comes to headphones, I think the most important factors are comfort, sound quality, style and price. These headphones pass in all four categories. First, they are very comfortable. They are in fact so light that I barely knew I had them on. They also have a unique style that fits in your ear and holds the buds in place without any pressure on your ear. The sound quality is also pretty good. I have had other headphones in this price range that sounded very tinny. These headphones do not sound tinny. With that said, they don't offer a lot of bass either but that is to be expected given the type and price of these headphones. The style is also nice. When worn, the headphones don't stick too far out of your ears and when placed behind your head, most of the chord is hidden. The control bar / microphone does hang down a little but it is supposed to do that so you can talk into it and so you can reach the controls. You can use the clip that is included to pull this back closer to your neck. Finally, the fact that you get all of these functions and at a good price makes these headphones worth buying. I would also point out that they easily paired to 2 of my devices, which can sometimes be an issue with Bluetooth.

Great headphone with a great price point!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am VERY impressed with these JLabs for 2 very important reasons... 1. Price point is great for the everyday consumer 2. Better than expected fit and battery life (I managed an average of 5 hours per charge). I would compare theses to the Sol Republic Relays Sport Wireless due to the design similarities and features, but these are half the cost! Comfortable, lightweight, good battery life. great sound, both earpieces are active while on a call and very affordable! If you're in the market for a wireless headphone with a great balance of price, features and sound. Look no further! Thanks.

Great product for the price
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds are pretty good for the price. It is easy to charge and the controls are easy to manage. Pairing the earbuds to any bluetooth device is very easy. The sound quality is good especially considering the price range of these earbuds. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because of the battery life. I am only able to get 3 hours of battery life, whereas with previous wireless buds that I have had it was 4 to 5 hours. Overall, this is a great product considering the price. I would recommend these earbuds if you aren't willing to spend alot of money.

Best Buy in Best Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these earbuds to use for work. I sometimes work anywhere from 8-11 hours depending on the workload. So I reluctantly purchased these because I didn't want to spend a lot of money for earbuds that I mainly wanted to use at work. I also didn't want a cheap pair to only last four hours. These earbuds have far exceeded my expectations. First and foremost is the fact that the battery will last my entire shift!!! I had absolutely no issues with it connecting to my iPhone 6+. The sound quality is good. The original Apple headphones never really fit or stayed in my ear, so this was a definite improvement. I haven't even tried to adjust the sound with the equalizer. If you're looking for an inexpensive set of bluetooth earbuds with an amazing battery life, Look No Further! These are a Best Buy and add to the fact you can add Geek Squad on these for two years is a no brainer!

Good for the price
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The directions were easy to follow to set them up. They charged quickly and connected to my phone without a problem. It was nice that they included different sized earbuds so that I could custom fit to my ears. Once I had them in, the sound quality was decent, especially at this price point. The controls are adequate. They are very lightweight which makes it great for working out. I intend to use these for when I've misplaced my good bluetooth headset and just need something that works.
