The Cspire reps couldn’t link it either. I bought another Bluetooth headset from the cell phone company after this. I gave it to my husband. Apparently, it is not compatible with newer phones.

First thing, one of the small comfort covers torn the first time I used them. There is a blue light that blinks the whole time the earphones are on, which is very distracting when you try to use them for sleeping, which is why I bought them. Also there is a loud voice that tells you the earphones are on, says goodbye when you turn them off, what your battery strength is and if your battery is getting very low, which if you are dozing off can be very jarring. The best thing about these earphones is the amazing sound quality and that there are several ways to control your experience. All in all, I feel the product could use some work, but as I said, the sound is wonderful.
