The cords seem robust enough to survive some use. I've had buds in the past and the wires were very thin, and quickly developed breaks. I think these should hold up longer.

Every 30 seconds the volume completely cuts out to the lowest level, then slow rises up to the volume I set them at, and 30 seconds later goes quiet again. I have never seen this behavior in a bluetooth device. If they worked I would give them 5 stars. If they wanted a beta tester they could have paid me $20 instead. Also, I own 3 of these. Blue/gray, black, pink/gray, The pink one's do the same thing. Only the black one's come with the cable synch, if that's what it is.

The sound quality is tinny, and the rubber fins don't really help it stay in the ears. The only way to use it is to push the earpieces so far in that it blocks all ambient sound.
