As a driver for his job he has to be hands free, well today while connected to his phone (not in use at the time but connected) the bulky piece got so hot around his neck that he was burned. This is extremely dangerous especially for someone that is driving. Very disappointed because now we have to find him something else.

Broke down less than a month

First one lasted only few months. Second one broke down within a month. I would not recommend this product due to poor build quality. First the charging light went out. Then no longer could power on the device. Same happen to my previous product. Ration is “0” stars. Would never buy Jlab again.

Great wireless earbuds for a beginner

Everyone at work noticed them, and asked me where I got them. They are easy to use, and hard to lose, being that they are hot pink! My favorite electronic purchase this year.

I purchased them to have a way to listen to audiobooks and music on a cross-country trip. The foam on the earbuds made my ears itch and the volume was so low that I could barely hear the voices over the sound of the vehicle. I returned them to Best Buy when I got to my Destiination.
