So sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Jbuds Pro. Although not our top of the line headphone, they should produce nice sound, and have connectivity up to 30ft. Sounds like you may have received a bad set. We do cover these under warranty for two years, and we'll gladly get them replaced for you. They should call them disposable headphones that only last 15 days. They started having static on the left ear then they died the next day.
