We are bummed to hear you are having troubles syncing to Bluetooth. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until you see a red and blue light flashing back and forth. Do not release the power button when you see the blue flashing light, but wait until you see the red and blue flashing light. Once you see that your JBuds Pro will be ready to connect to your device.

The cable between each ear piece is short and a bit less flexible than one would desire. It flops against one's neck in an uneven and uncomfortable way. Let me state it another way: the cord does not lay flat.
