    I liked the shape, size & color of the headphones. The bluetooth was not connecting to anything. Good price if the headphones worked...

    The sound is not the best, but is OK. Does not fit in my ears well, which could be the problem & does not stay in my ears.

    This is an ok pair of buds for the price. The controls on it stopped working within a few months.

    This is the 5th pair I have owned and had to return in a few months. Nothing worse than going to the gym, putting them in, turning them on, and "Low Battery" that quickly dies. The chargers quit working and it is frustrating--and this happens within 3-6 months of purchase. Yes, I know I can send them to JLAB--but it takes months to get the replacement. Or I can pay a few dollars extra and get a new pair at Best Buy, but the point is--they don't work very long. The other point is that it is a hassle having to replace one every 3-6 months. Products should work--period. I bought a $2 wireless bluetooth headset from Geek and they last 2 years. I pay $20 for these JLAB headphones and went through 5 pair within 2 years. This are not worth the money. Spend a little more with another brand and you will be satisfied.

    I bought these in March. Three months later they won’t even charge...not even worth the $20 I paid for them.
