Chances are, though, nobody at JLab uses their own products, otherwise they wouldn’t make that stupid rubber flap over the microusb port impossible to open.

Great Cheap Headphones

Cons: Volume, Sound Quality, and Terrible for Cardio, ie: Running, Jump Roping, etc. The Bluetooth Receiver is Very Bulky so Earbuds pop right out. At the end of the day the price, outweighs the cons. I would just strongly advise against buying these headphones if you're going to be using these strictly for cardio

The earbuds connected without any problems at all and the sound is surprisingly good. The bass in particular is good and doesn't give a "distorted" sound. The one thing I don't like is that the control module is really very large, too large in my opinion.

You can get slightly better bass and overall sound in the high-end class, which will cost 4-6 times as much. But for low-cost options, this is at the top. Pairing was quick and simple. Sound is clear at higher volumes and there is more bass than I was expecting. My music retained a great, full-spectrum sound. No complaints - very satisfied.

So sorry to hear of the pairing issues that you have run into. The pairing should be quick and simple. Please follow the following instructions to easily pair if need be. 1. Power off your headset.
2. Hold the power button and watch for the Bluetooth lights to come on. You will see red and blue lights flashing back and forth. This can take up to 10 seconds.
3. Once you see the red and blue lights flashing, you will then be able to let go of the power button, and open the settings in your device (phone, computer or tablet). Locate the headset with your bluetooth device (usually named JLab __ ). We do cover all our Bluetooth headphones with a two-year limited warranty.
