Then one ear completely stopped working. Clearly a short in the wiring and every once in a while it would pop on, but then immediately stop if I moved. Not very convenient for headphones. Tried to set up warranty plan but this seemed overly difficult and shady. Send them the product on your dime and they will determine if it was really their fault and if so they will give you a coupon to use at their online store only. If they determine it was something you did your out your headphones and the money spent to send them out. Not worth it to even bother.
