In less than a month the button for lowering the volume/backtracking stopped working. Just after a month the left earphone fell off. I have had 5 pair since December 2nd, and I've had similar issues with all of them. I will no longer purchase this brand.

I purchased it as an open product in a Best Buy store. The price was very reasonable and since using it, I haven't had any problems. It folds up, so it's very compact and it comes with it's own carry pouch. For me, it was money well spent.
