faulty buttons

Pretty gentle with it, and noticed that the power button (used for turning on and off) does not work, it does not click as if when I just turned it on the button is lodged in it. Was a great sound and good at noise cancelling but now it's stuck on and when it dies I'm sure I won't be able to turn it back on....
