Pretty gentle with it, and noticed that the power button (used for turning on and off) does not work, it does not click as if when I just turned it on the button is lodged in it. Was a great sound and good at noise cancelling but now it's stuck on and when it dies I'm sure I won't be able to turn it back on....

It's very east to charge and to Pair with Bluetooth. The issue that i'm having that dropped this to 2 stars is the sound. I really wanted wireless headphones i could wear around the house. There are some weird distortion / digital sounds coming through. It's there whether it's music or a you tube video. I've changed the volume, i've tried to cycle through the 3 eq options (though i couldn't tell if it worked and it never sounded any different). Since listening to stuff is the main purpose of this product i'm really disappointed.

This is second pair that have broken soon after purchasing. I’m all done with this brand.
