    Bad Bluetooth connection

    These headphones are hard to use on windows computers. When you try and connect, it will take you many tries and when it finally does, it most likely wont work, causing you to reset both devices to try again. Audio is fine when it works, but sometimes when it connects to a device, the quality will be poor until you reset the connection.

    Useless after 6 months.

    I have had these headphones for only 6 months and they no longer charge. I have tried to clean the usbc connection but no improvement. I have done some research and found that many have had the same problem.

    They Punch Above Their Weight

    I'm a collector of headphones. I have a lot of them ranging from high-end audiophile cans to some of the more bargain brands. From my experience, these punch above their weight and are a great value! First off, pairing was simple with my Galaxy Z Flip phone. Once that was done I went to some of my go-to test tracks on Amazon Music. Sound quality was surprisingly good. Highs are emphasized but are clear and not overly tiring. JLab offers a burn-in app which will pump white noise through the headphones for a while, which loosens up the mechanical parts a little and will warm them up over time. Bass is okay. Not super deep, but it does have some punch and is not overpowering or mushy. If you hold down the volume up and down buttons at the same time the phones cycle through three EQ presets: signature, bass boost or flat. I found the bass boost to help, but don't expect bone-crushing bass. I also found boosting the bass slightly and lowering 8K slightly on the phone using the built-in EQ made these sound much better. According to my phone these are using the SBC codec, which is a lowest-common denominator for Bluetooth and the lowest quality codec for music, but they still have good definition overall. They're also really good for podcasts. I'm listening to a long one as I type this and I tend to forget I'm wearing headphones. Comfort is excellent. Very light clamping force and nearly no weight. I do question the build quality at this weight. Also, when I first pulled them open from the box they let out a loud snap, but nothing seems broken. The earcups are nice and cushy, but they make my ears sweat a lot. These are around-ears rather than on-ears. Controls are simple, and that's a good thing. Just a power button that also acts as a pause or call reject button and a volume rocker that also doubles as next-track and previous-track controls with a slightly longer push. I would highly recommend these for casual listening where you may not want to risk some expensive cans or for anyone who wants good sound but isn't overly analytical about their sound quality.

    This is a real piece of garbage. Purchased in December, (soooo glad I purcgased the replacement warrantee). Returned pair #1 January 16. Got pair #2, (with warrantee) and now goining to return them. Going to never purchase JLab products again. Wish I could leave a no star review.

    These headphones worked one time. Since then they appear to charge but will not come on or connect. I bought them on the road and by the time I got home the 14 day return had expired. The last JL headphones failed also but it was three months later and the problem was the failure of the charging attachment. Not happy about throwing money away.

    Poor Fit For Big Heads, DOA

    Wouldn't connect to my laptop, or my smartphone, so there's some QC issues there, but at the end of the day they're just too small for my head. I doubt anyone but a child or very small individual would find these comfortable.

    Wouldn’t choose any of the more expensive brands when these are pretty much perfect. And apparently very tasty to my dogs. Great thing they’re not that expensive.

    The JLab wireless headphones are pretty good. They are very lightweight and comfortable. Some headphones are heavy and become uncomfortable over a period of time. I do not have that issue with these headphones. Setup was easy. They connected and pair via Bluetooth in no time. They have 3 different modes that you can switch between by pressing and holding the volume up and down buttons simultaneously for about 2 seconds. The bass boost mode sounds pretty good. You can activate Siri and Google Voice by pressing and holding the power button for 2 seconds. Battery life is really good, so no complaints so far in that department. The USB-C plug makes it easy to plug up for charging. The included cable is rather short, and it doesn’t come with a charging brick. Overall these headphones are good for my needs.

    Overall the product is good but didn’t like the fact that bestbuy didn’t do price match and when I returned it they didn’t process my certificate :(

    Yikes from the paper thin preopened packaging to the used headphones complete with earwax and pethair, Im so disgusted I took the L since I didn't want to handle with bare hands to return it. Very cheap pleather, smelled nasty like some form of body odor. Repulsive.

    Worst headphones I've ever purchased. $50 for headphones? I had a feeling I could get it off the dollar score. I attempted to return it, but Best Buy only allows 14 days for returns. They refused to accept my return. What a horrible experience. My trauma will never be forgotten.
