It was simple for her and inexpensive. When she uses this item, her face lit up because now she could hear the entire videos.

The cord broke, the Bluetooth stopped working, microphone went out… you name it. I won’t buy this brand ever again.

Although the ear pieces are abit smaller than I was expecting. Other than that they are fine. They can fold in to be put up or if you taking them with you somewhere. The ear pieces are comfortable and not tight against your ears.
