Geek Squad was wonderful and helped me pair it to my phone for Blue Tooth. Really, it was fast and simple, but I asked for help because I always have trouble when I try to do it. The tech paired it in less than 5 minutes!

I was on the fence about buying wireless and if he would remember to charge it. So far so good, I can borrow it at times with no issue pairing .

Easy to connect and great sound at affordable price. Bought these for my 10 yr old. I did not want to pay over 100 since I was not sure she would take care if them but im glad i got these.

Great sound, poor quality/craftsmanship

Was going to cost half as much as they cost to send to JLab for warranty as they cost to buy. I resoldered and epoxied. But about 6 months later the same thing happened so I threw them out. Super sound and fit but not the best quality craftsmanship.
