I was reffered to JLAB directly regarding a warranty but have not heard back.

The sound quality isn't great, but it's good enough. Unfortunately they've got some kind of weird glitch when watching videos on the computer. The sound has a slight but noticeable delay, and if I pause the movie at any point I cannot play any video at all until I restart the computer. I can't say I'd recommend them.
