    Broke at the charging port on day ONE! Single use!

    I bought these for my 10 year old to use for homeschool due to coronavirus. He went to charge them up on the first day of use and the power outlet pushed in and broke off the inlet inside the ear piece. Not repairable. I phoned customer support and they said the build quality on these is not as good as say SONY. I feel bad for planet earth that resources have been used to make these and they broke on day 1. I would much prefer to pay a little extra for something that won't end up in landfill so so soon. I will now buy an exactly the same priced item with a wire by SONY and hope that it lasts much much longer.

    Do not recommend. Bought them for my son and they only lasted a a week. The power button stopped working so we could not turn them on or off.

    I didn't want earbuds, since I already wear a hearing aid. They are okay for attending work meetings, but they are not so great when I use them for phone calls. I would return them if I could.

    Terrible. Second pair after first pair's power button broke. This pair also has broken power button. Terrible.

    Don’t last long at all the power button sunk in and it wouldn’t turn on after been full charged. It was good while it worked for one month

    I got them for my iPad and they honestly fit so snug they kept giving me a migraine. They are okay nothing great but inexpensive.

    They sound great and feel comfortable but the micro USB port pushed in when I tried to plug the male plug into the female port on the headphones.

    Audio quality is fine but bluetooth keeps getting disconnected and had to connect again and again. I returned these headphones.

    This wasnt the best...buy. I picked these up because I just lost my pair and needed a quick fix. I didn't feel like these had a lot of bass.

    The pair I ordered online and the replacement pair I got from the store were defective. There were loud screeching and high popping sounds when I tried to listen to music. The second one worked for about an hour before it proved to be as bad as the first pair. This was a waste of money since I had purchased the Geek Squad replacement plan on both and the Geek Squad couldn't fix the problem. JLab said to destroy it and send a photo to them for a new one, but I'm done with trying headphones from JLab.

    The earpieces are small, so they are uncomfortable on my head (ears) for long periods of time. Also, they don't like to interface with Zoom... but they were cheap.

    Got these because I just needed something for a plane ride, but ended up not even using them because of how bad they sound. These are clearly a product that has been on shelves for years, its time to stop producing them. No USB-C, no APT-x, low volume. Battery life is pretty great though.

    I have big ears that stick out and unfortunately these headphones caused major discomfort. After 30 minutes of just wearing them, my ears felt hot and were hurting. When I took it off, my ears were red and in a lot of pain. It took about 10-15 mins for the pain to go away.

Unfortunately, the great price and stellar reviews wasn't enough for me to deal with the constant dropping in and out of sync and the low battery life, so I reluctantly swapping them out for wired headphones.q
