    Worked good by 2 months. Only internal use, no crashes, simply not turn on. The charge is full.

    Poor Product

    Every time I use these headphones, after about 20 minutes people say they cannot hear me, that I sound muffled and low even if I wasn't doing anything differently. Also, when it is connected to my computer, I get a loud piercing noise once every few minutes. It sounds like a feedback noise. Waste of money.

    Bluetooth Interference

    The Bluetooth on these headphones are not that great. The connectivity drops constantly. Plus, since I got them, they interfere with the Wifi causing buffering when my previous headphones did not do this. Once I disconnect them, my WiFi goes back to normal. I’m very disappointed. I will be returning. My advice is to spend money on a more reliable pair of headphones.

    Broke after just a few months of use

    These have a weak point where the head band and hinge meat and broke after just a few months of use. Needed to buy a new pair from a different brand.

    I bought this for a gift for a family member. They open them to try them out and it was broken. So I exchanged them for another pair thinking that maybe something happened during packing. They did not last a day. They broke in the same spot that the other ones were broken at. Right where they fold up. The plastic where the screw holds the two plastic pieces together at the headphones height adjustment broke. So I returned them.

    When paired to a Galaxy S8, the audio was out of sync for videos. Returned. If you don't do videos and only audio, I'm sure this would work better for you.

    Mic Doesn't work

    Purchase this for our son so he could do virtual learning and join Zoom meetings or Google classrooms. Every time he logged on to either platforms unfortunately you could not hear him. It sounded very very distant and always had issues connecting. However upon playing music on your phone or watching any other videos the audio was good. Had to return it as that was not the purpose of us buying it. We exchanged it for a different headset.

    This product is a piece of crap.!!!!!! Broke less that 2 months after I had it....... Best Buy sells inerrior product, and even tho I have proof I bought it would not give me store credit for it. $40.00 is alot of money for me and I think it is really bad business that they would not at least let me exchange it. I will never shop at Best Buy again, this is not the first time ( 3rd actually) that I have gotten bad products that do not last!

    The port to charge these earphones came out of its place this was only 3weeks into usage

    these headphones seemed to work fine initially but then i started to hear a lot of static when using them so i returned them

    They feel, sound and perform cheaply. I got them to work with my iPhone, however, they barely connect 15+/- ft away to my Amazon Fire stick.

    I got these for my brotehr and we returned them , he didn't like them at all. Also not a good value, very low quality for the price

    My Headphones came with an issue

    I know it can be random or maybe the quality control was not so good. My headphones were not working. Probably some problem with battery or connection inside. When I plug the power/charging cable and pair, it works, the moment I remove the power/charging cable, the headphones turns off and don't turn on again unless I plug the power cable again.

    The description says it comes with a carrying case, but I saw no such item. The headphones are also much too small for my head, even after adjusting it. These headphones would only fit a child, or someone with a really small head.
