I found 3 or 4 different proposed solutions online and tried them all to no avail. I believe the issue arrises because the headphones use the obsolete SBC codec. When I purchase another pair of headphones that use newer aptX codec, my issue was resolved.

Literally, just past the return date for returning these headphones. This is the second pair of JLab headphones that I purchased and both stopped working after the 30 day mark. I thought that the first time it was a fluke, but now, I will never buy another pair of JLab headphones.
