    Wireless headphone

    Bought it for my daughter and for some reason she simply didn't like it because it's wireless and she have to charge for a long time before she can use it so i have to returner it .

    Lasted a very short time. I bought 3 and all of them broke on the same place. The power/connect button stop working. It feels like its stuck but it isn't.

    They port to charge broke. Wasn’t able to return to BB. It was under 1 year warrenty I got a voucher to replace it. Havent decide what I want.

    Stopped Charging after 1.5 Years

    Item stopped charging after 1.5 years of use. I used these every weekday at the gym. I've taken excellent care of it and the item still looks as if it's in brand new condition. I'm very disappointed that these broke after such a short period. My previous super cheap "freebie" headphones lasted way longer that this. It lasted about 6 years before snapping.

    I bought theses headphones for my grandson, after 1 month they didn't work. They should have a factory warranty. I also bought the warranty and paid extra money, and then I was told I could only use it once. So if they break again I have to buy a new pair. Waste of money and my time. So disappointed in best buy, and the company I purchased the headphones from. Dissatisfied customer!!

    The good news is these headphone do have a good battery life the bad news is they randomly stop charging one day. Spend a little extra and get something that will last.

    Worked for less than 2 weeks

    I purchased 3 of these headphones. Two for my daughter and one for myself. Initially, the headphones worked well. Audio quality was crisp and the headphones charged quickly. The problem was, the stopped working. I thought it was a fluke, so I gave me daughter my headphones, same problem. When the third ones did the same, I knew it wasn't a fluke. Price was great, at $29. However, if the headphones don't work for at least 4-6 months, it's not worth the cost. Thankfully, Best Buy allowed me to return each one.

    These are cheap for a reason. I don’t just throw my stuff around the room and expect it to work the next day. I’ve had to replace these headphone 3 times in less than a year because they keep just “dying” and not turning on anymore. They stop holding a charge or something idk but for some reason they just stop working and i keep having to replace them. If you’re going to want headphones that will last for a longer time you’ll need to buy ones that are AT LEAST 100 bucks.

    Sounds quality was great until it wasn't. The headphone was dead after couple months and could no longer use them.

    Do not recommend. Bought them for my son and they only lasted a a week. The power button stopped working so we could not turn them on or off.

    Broke at the charging port on day ONE! Single use!

    I bought these for my 10 year old to use for homeschool due to coronavirus. He went to charge them up on the first day of use and the power outlet pushed in and broke off the inlet inside the ear piece. Not repairable. I phoned customer support and they said the build quality on these is not as good as say SONY. I feel bad for planet earth that resources have been used to make these and they broke on day 1. I would much prefer to pay a little extra for something that won't end up in landfill so so soon. I will now buy an exactly the same priced item with a wire by SONY and hope that it lasts much much longer.

    I didn't want earbuds, since I already wear a hearing aid. They are okay for attending work meetings, but they are not so great when I use them for phone calls. I would return them if I could.
