The tripod is great and easy to adjust to put about anywhere. The holder for the phone is one of the most secure I have used. Good for Zoom calls or making videos.

But, this wasn't made for that-- it was made for recording things and capturing moments; for that, the grip parts are strong and phone holder is strong.

Came in handy at the right time! Only downside is that at times when adjusting the legs, they pop off, but I was able to pop it back into the socket.
