Solid! This is convenient per my usage with my phone and being able to switch to my camera. Accessories are readily available for upgrades. Quality product. I’m a fan of Joby now!!

This is a great tripod love that you can use it for your phone. However I do think it’s ridiculously over priced and if I hadn’t of had the need for it I would not have even bought it.

This product is great for doing videos, conference calls, face time etc. It has a firm tight grip on your mobile device that will not fail.

This item works as intended. I got it for a mini projector mount and its a good tripod. Im also a photographer and my nikon d7200 also can be mounted.

Works as it should. It would be nice if the grip for a phone was deeper to allow a external battery but other than that it’s great

Awesome stand holds phone really well with clip that's provided or install your camera on the top of it. I use it to hold my phone while doing Wednesday night video bible study

Works great and holds the iPhone fine. Tripod is strong enough to hold a smaller DSLR.

Ok, but the phone clip wasn't useful. Phone kept slipping out. Once you bend the legs the first time, they will never be straight again. Wish they offered it with the magnetic ends.

It’s nice for table top use but I bought this hoping to have support for my video camera to be supported around objects. It doesn’t hold in place as well as I had hoped for. Otherwise it’s great for flat surfaces.

Please be mindful: the product itself is great, it's the second one I've purchased from Best Buy. It's durable, easy to use, and will work for just about any situation you could need it for. The one star review is specifically directed as Best Buy's inability to disclose the product specifications accurately, and even going as far as to re-use the reviews of the predecessor of this item for this, nearly identical product. I purchased the first one of these in-store, over a year ago. That exact version of product shows as no longer available when I look at my purchase history online. This is the replacement, and it DOES NOT contain the phone adapter. The original DID include it. Buying this online, I had to go off of the limited information in specifications and no pictures of the box; other than those in the reviews, which showed the box that I had purchased over a year ago, explicitly stating "contains phone adapter". Again, THIS DOES NOT CONTAIN THE PHONE ADAPTER. THIS PRODUCT IS USELESS TO ME IN THIS FORM. Best Buy, this is SPECIFICALLY your fault, and had it not been for the fact that you re-used the reviews of another product for this one, I would've shrugged and said oh well. But the seeming maliciousness with which you did not specify what this product contained and mislead customers using reviews for an entirely different item has rankled my mood and destroyed much of the trust that I had Best Buy.

Just perfect for what I needed it for... video calls, taking pictures and recording videos. Not a gimble but it still helps get great shots and videos.
