This is a great tripod. I use it ALL THE TIME. But I'm already on my second one and here's why. The tripod works on the fact that all the ball joints move. So it's very versatile. However, when one of the ball joints gets a little loose (which has now happened on the first one I bought and now on this replacement), the tripod is rendered almost useless. Put the phone on it and it just falls over because one of the ball joints is too loose. It's a serious weakness that needs to be addressed if I'm ever to buy another one of these. Extremely versatile, yes. And when the ball joints are all tight, this is the best tripod on the market. But when one gets loose, look out. This tripod will just frustrate you.

I bought this alongside a mirror less camera, but I get more use out of a strap I bought from an online retailer and yet another “classic” lightweight tripod from said retailer. Maybe if I did desktop recording or something, but still my camera topples over. I should watch a YouTube video to get the right angles for best stability. I can’t figure it out on my own. Unless you’re doing nature photography or setting up gnarly angles, there’s really nothing that stands out with this product. I wanted to love it but I just haven’t unlocked its potential.

I purchased the tripod for blogging purposes. The price was reasonable but the product felt a little cheap. It wouldn’t sit up right which made me return it.

Not the most durable, but it will work. Mostly made of plastic, the phone holder isn’t great.

It worked well for a while, but one of the legs broke off completely. Granted I dropped it but dang it too that much damage??

I love the tripod but this is my third one they keep breaking and I don’t do rough work with it at all. The ring holding the top of the legs crack and the leg get really loose and it won’t hold the phone anymore

Ok, but the phone clip wasn't useful. Phone kept slipping out. Once you bend the legs the first time, they will never be straight again. Wish they offered it with the magnetic ends.

I was really excited to try this for my Fuji X-T2. I was disappointed in the ball head and in general felt like this was a bit flimsy even though this was the appropriate one for my camera. Need to upgrade to a larger model

This is mostly starting out using anything from Joby. This is for use mostly with smartphones and light cameras. Nice product for the price.

It’s gets the job done but there has to be better.

Missed the the promotion rewards after I returned the item since it’s missing the piece to hold the tripod. Be very careful when using the rewards from promotion as they are linked with the city bank and some offers are nonrefundable once redeemed or returned. As per the review, Heard good review but not sure how it is since I returned the item and didn’t get refund. Very disappointed with the service.

I wish it was a bit more stable, easy to break, screws are already worn down after two uses

Okay tripod…the top broke after a couple use’s. Okay for the price.

Its not the best tripod, the good feature is that it bends

This tripod is decent. It doesn't hold big cameras, but good for a minimal dslr when on a desk.

This tripod is easy to setup but is not that tall. I like it for my kids

The Tripod is sturdily built but it took me a while to set up and getting it to an angle that I wanted, but that's just my experience, It a bit complicated for newbies who want set it up and take pictures.

Comes loose easy, and I wish the extendable mount portion was a bit tighter. Otherwise strong grip for the gorilla pod portion and easy to use
