Got this for my 12 yr old and we both love it. I have not been able to suspend it from trees or anything yet, but so far so good. This comes with a phone clip as well so its used for both the camera and the phone.

This thing works great! although id advise against it, i can "technically" hold a full frame dslr with a mid zoom. other than that it holds any other camera system smaller than that like a champ

The Joby brand is well known for quality and build that works great in tel world situations, such as vlogging. This one has a great 1ft stretch base, attached perfect to my DLSR, however, on my smartphone the clip seems a little awkward. It is made for landscape clearly, as vertical position isn’t that sturdy, an fit my standard iPhone Pro, but might be harder to get your phone to stay in if you use a Pro Max. Overall great quirky, good value if on a sale like I found for about 30% off.

This is exactly what I needed for the on go filming of my hikes. The phone mount grips my phone very well and I'm would never worry about it falling out. The square shoe fits my mic perfectly.

I haven't gotten a chance to use it much, but so far it appears to be good. Time will tell if I have issues with the durability of it. Since I got it on sale during the Black Friday deals, it was a great price. I will say, I would not have spent full-price on it.

This thing is awesome, So far I’ve used to to attach a microphone to a light stand, above ly subject, attach a light to a back drop stand and as a table top tripod during vlogging, it’s an absolute marvel
