Great desktop/outdoor tripod for phones/DSLRs

I got this alongside the GripTight One. This gorillaPod 3K is meant for DSLRs - 3K as in it can hold things 3 Kg or 6.6 lb. The ball joint is super easy to use, adjust, and lock, this sold me and is easier to quickly adjust. The included mobile phone clamp works well, but mine is a bit hard to open up. I like this one because it stands a bit taller and on a desk, it holds the phone closer to the height of my face vs the smaller GripTight One, but the GripTight One is easier to pack for travel because it's quite a bit smaller.

Awesome Sturdy Tripod

Saw it so many times used by YouTubers that I had to check it out. When it went on sale, I made it part of my camera tool chest. Excellent quality! A MUST HAVE for taking pictures or shooting video!

Just what I needed

I had to buy a separate holder for the iPad, but it holds it nicely. The phone mount that came with this works for holding my iPhone 11 pro in a thick case. You can also get a couple extra arms that attach to it for holding lights, sound equipment, or other things. Only downfall is you have to have something to set it on for any height.
