    At first I was a little concerned about how well this thing would hold but I can honestly say it grips and it grips hard. I also really like the ball head and bubble level. I highly recommend. But word of advice: check the maximum load capacity! Do NOT go mounting a super heavy telephoto lens on this thing and expect it to hold.
