You can use this tripod everywhere how you need it. It can be twisted and hooked to most of the places.

This is a great product for the price. It's easy to manipulate and it stays put.

I like this stand for unusual camera mounts, such as 4x4 rail-tops, trees and the like. But as a table-top stand, I like a small tripod instead. It just takes too much time to configure the legs to support a pro-sized camera with a good-sized lens without drifting or tilting over. The ball head is a must-have on this item. It does have a place in my bag, so I guess that means it's worthwhile.

Can hold many things with a 1/4 by 20 thread size. I received this as a bonus when I bought my camera and while it isn't the best to hold up my very large DSLR I can use it for many other things. I am actually using it to hold my cell phone clamp so I can do some hands free recordings for Facebook and Twitter. It fits nicely on my desk and it would be good in the field for many of the smaller cameras.

This is a great product. It is extremely versatile.

Nice little tripod. Flexible legs, so you could set it up on uneven terrain. It has a little level built into mounting plate. Sturdy ball head ( it was able to hold up my Canon 70d with a kit zoom lense.

This product function similarly to other brands but holds up better over time.

I saw this online and had it have it. Took it to Orlando and I was able to get in a few of our photos by setting it up on top of a trash can. Only took 30 seconds to adjust and 10 to strap back to my bag.

Great flexibility with this tripod. Don't use as much as I want to though.

This tripod easily holds up my SL1 with the kit lens, but it will not be able to hold up larger cameras with telephoto lenses as the weight limit for this tripod is a little under 7 pounds. This tripod has a tight grip and can hang from virtually anywhere. I would highly recommend.

IMO it not sturdy enough for a high-end camera! I will invest in a better quality tripod.
