Very cool option for a tripod or flash mount

Not sure about letting it hold my Nikon D610 and lens. But it will be a great option to use for my speedlights. Can use as a tripod or wrap the legs around any post, etc. and hold a flash perfectly.

Very stable and can be attached to different thing

We also used it with a phone to do time lapse and we were able to attach the phone in the legs and mount it on the bar. Very good product.
