I purchased the JOBY tripod for my trip with two other couples abroad. Got it mainly for taking "Selfie" Group shots. With six people, my arms just aren't long enough to capture all six. This mini tripod worked perfect and was small enough to throw in a backpack so it was with us all the time!

this didn't fit my phone very well, but it was because of the phone case and what i had on it. It would have worked well without the case on it thought.

This product is a fraud. It messed up three months later and it’s too expensive for the durability.

I really love this product! It goes well with my phone and it actually grips onto any surface. I did not find anything that would make this product less functional. If I ever need to buy another one, this is the one I will go to!

The young saleswoman was fantastic. I reported her to the manager. He was pleased to hear my praise, but had heard similar comments from other customers. I wish I remembered her name. When I shop again, I'll look for her.

The clamp held the phone just fine, and the bluetooth remote is great. The biggest issue is with the tripod. The bracket that holds the phone clamp to the tripod is some silly proprietary pin and tenon thing. It does not use a traditional tripod mount or mount plate. This tripod only works with this clamp. So the phone clamp can't go on another tripod, and you can't put a different holder on the tripod. So be warned.

This item is pretty neat it’s compact and light weight you can put it just about anywhere and the price was outstanding i recommend this product to anyone who likes taking pictures

I "bought" this because someone put it in the wrong spot. When it turned out to be $40 more than I thought, I had to return it.

Good but on the pricey side. I bought it use with iPhone to make YouTube videos. It works. But a little costly. But I do like it.

Worked like a charm when using it on a flat surface, or an uneven relatively flat surface. But no matter how hard I tried (and I tried for several hours), when the legs were wrapped around a 1-inch horizontal bar on my kayak the thing wouldn't hold my iPhone in an up and down position -- it would, usually after a few minutes, flop over until the phone was facing down (unacceptable for shooting video).

Overall a great product. It’s a bit finicky but I got over that real quick. Other than that I love the thing and highly recommend it.

Not high enough, have tried it on the kitchen counter and find we’re STILL propping it up with books. Very well built! The very nice sales rep pointed out it can wrap around poles, etc. As seniors we better not do that! LOL We just need a higher stand for FaceTime with our family. We don’t drive much, but we are trying to find a chance to return this.

Little guy is nice..... legs get flimsy and can fracture after heavy use.

I bought this for a trip to India and the Maldives - to use with my GoPro - and I loved the product. It was perfect for the GoPro and I could use it on the go & even under water. I would recommend.

Works great both as a stand and a way to hold your phone. I used it all summer to film about 20 hours for video and it worked great and made filming much easier.

I used this to video my daughters play. It was perfect for use with the Bluetooth button to start the video while being a few feet from my camera

I take this everywhere it’s an awesome tripod we take this to the beach and clip it to a pole or umbrella to take pictures and it sticks well

Tried a cheaper version on amazon and what a waste Time. Dont bother with the counterfeits they are poorly made

Like the summary says little pricey for what you get. Holds phone in Landscape only doesn't go portrait. kind of inexpensive plastic. expected the legs to hold a little bit better. Overall it does hold the phone securely,and has been helpful. Using with a Galaxy note 8 in a waterproof case. I just don't feel it's worth $50 maybe $30 to $35 range. I could have waited till it goes on sale, but I haven't seen this product on sale that often.

Loved this product. I had to return though, because missing battery disc.
