Didn’t Do What I Hoped For.

However I couldn’t get it to work with my LIFEPROOF iPad Case on my iPad while trying to use this device. I returned this item for that reason only. It was a good product just didn’t work for me personally.

I have had some time to test it out. it is very minimalistic in appearance, but you don't need any "bells and whistles" on a tool to hold your tablet on a tripod. All in all, this is a good buy.

Works Well

The mount bar does block the middle of the iPad screen if you're using the primary camera, but that's not hard to work around. It doesn't block anything if you're using the facetime camera. Just one caution: be sure to seat it snugly and tighten the screw so your iPad doesn't slip out.
