This mount holds the iPad securely and allows for multidirectional positioning. I recommend this mount for anyone looking for a stable way to hold a device such as a tablet or phone.

Great product, holds an iPad air perfectly still for stop motion animation, so it will work exceptionally well for other uses as well. It also mounted to my 20 year old tripod with no issues.

bought this to aid in using my ipad pro on the field to video my kid playing lacrosse. we travel a lot and pay for the event video - but there is a lag on its delivery. This tool is stable, secure, and flexible to use my ipad to record video with a monopole and review with my son same day. So easy to travel as well..

I bought this mount to use in conjunction with an older tripod. Amazingly, it fit perfectly. Additionally, I like the materials the mount was constructed of, it was very durable and had a good grip. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to another!

Super flexible in all dimensions, held my regular 8th gen iPad well, and the standard mounting screw fit into my Bogen tripod. It was very useful to keep my iPad at eye level for zoom meetings, instead of looking up my nose with the typical foldable iPad covers! :)

I'm using this to hold my iphone 11 pro inside an Otterbox case instead of a tablet. The phone rarely fits in other holders. This device is easy and convenient to use. The only caution is if one unscrews the lock that controls the sliding gripper it can get stuck and require a pair of pliers to make work again.

I got this to hold my iPad for zoom calls, particuarly for the new world of remote video production. Works great. I just affix it to a smaller tripod and position it next to camera. Yes you cold buy a cheaper one, but it's an easy solution when you just need your iPad in a secure position.

Good gripping power for holding the IPad. Joby Unit was easy to attach to tripod and had no problem with adjusting it to swivel for landscape pictures/ videos. Works great for what we needed.

Great holder just wish it was a tiny bit wider to fit more snug when I have my iPad case on. Without the case this thing is perfect

Purchased for online meeting use (Zoom, etc) with a tablet, since I don't have a webcam. Needed to remove tablet from case to use it with this mount. I'm not comfortable using the tablet in portrait mode, so I only use it in landscape mode. I would have preferred a different mount with 4 arms to hold the tablet securely for both portrait and landscape use. For that reason, I only gave it 4 stars. Due to the pandemic crisis, this is the only tablet mount I could find that was in stock.

The JOBY GripTight Pro Tablet mount is easy to use and securely holds my iPad Pro allowing me to easily mount my iPad to a tripod. The mounting hole is the same size and thread as a camera body so that an Arca-Swiss plate is easy to attach.

Definitely a good buy and sturdy. You may need to remove your Otter Box and possibly any outside protection as it is difficulty to affix to the device. Other wise a good purchase and is secured well in the device.

Unfortunately I have a new iPad 12.9 and this wasn’t compatible. I did however try it with an older iPad I had and it’s very easy to use and worked perfectly with the Joby tripod stand. I am waiting for a bigger version as it seems really well made.

Bought this to hold my iPad Pro for filming basketball games for submission and analysis. It is very secure and covered all basketball games without fail and still going strong. Very sturdy and very well put together!

This mount works well - it's well-made, solid grip, doesn't slide around, adjusts easily, good value.

Sturdier than most mounts, holds an iPad pretty securely, def functions like a more premium product, I'd still only buy it at a sale price point though.

I wish it got bigger iPads. You have to make sure the tightening screw is tight or the iPad will fall out. Other than that it’s pretty durable.

Overall, the product works as described however, there is no spring to maintain tension on the grippy parts. This means it is possible to put the iPad in, slide the bracket down and tighten the setscrew, but still have it too loose to hold your iPad. The user must maintain pressure on the bracket while tightening the setscrew or the iPad will be loose. One item I wish was different. They use the same setscrew to tighten the bracket and to rotate the position. This means that it is possible to snug everything down properly, but if you want to change the orientation you have to loosen it again. Not optimal. Better to have a second set screw to loosen for the rotation feature.
