Also, we had purchased an “open box” which seemed to have parts missing. But when we wanted to return it, the BestBuy clerk did not let us :( This is the first time we are unhappy w BB in a long time. Hopefully a rare occurence….

Avoid at all costs

The knob that tightens this thing locked up on me and I had to use pliers to get my tablet out. for $30 this was an overpriced piece of junk and I'm returning it immediately I strongly recommend nobody purchased this thing

I bought the wrong size

Stay away, junk. Broke my iPad

I used it with my iPad Pro as advertised and my iPad fell out and broke. You cannot tighten it. Poor design and cheap quality

I am using this product because I have not yet found another one to replace it with. I feel that it does not secure the tablet enough. It is wobbly on the tripod.

Does Not Fit All Sizes IPads

Didn’t even get to use it
