Definitely not worth what I paid for this and it is mostly plastic and it doesn't lock tight and phone falls out all of the time. Not even easy to use.

Joby's quality control has really gone downhill, for this piece of gear is built like a child's toy. The ball joint constantly loosens up within a few shots. The telescoping rod is pitiful, for it is difficult to extend and keep locked in place, and just as difficult to collapse. Instead of being able to pull it out quickly to its full length, I have to pull and twist all four sections individually to their lock position to achieve any stability, which doesn't last long. It looks great, but from an engineer's viewpoint, it's poorly implemented and way overpriced for something at this quality level. To add insult to injury, BestBuy only gives you two week to figure this out and return it which was a shocker to me

This selfie stick is awkward. The capture button comes off- which I guess is a good idea if you want to use it as a tripod. However, if you’re trying to use it as a selfie stick, the button comes off the stick very easily. We went to Yosemite-tried to use this for the amazing views there, but it kept disconnecting from my Bluetooth in my phone. Quite disappointing for the cost.

This is ok product. Had some blue tooth connecting issues. I would buy the better model.

Most worst product , never was able to use more than once. 1) The Bluetooth Device disconnects on every click. 2) On Iphone 13-Pro the holder simply loses it's grip. 4) The position of the holding grip is very wrongly placed, it is interfering with the iPhone SOS call activation mode automatically. 5) Worst, worst, worst my entire vacation got spoiled and i missed the chance of capturing moments. DO NOT TAKE EVEN IF SOMEONE GIVES YOU FREE **********************

not bad the wing tip got broken but warranty was easy to replace by contacting manufacturers

This is junk. It's slightly ironic that anyone could see different because it's designed to hold a $1k device. I wouldn't try to hold a $1 device with this. The gripping mechanism is extremely cheap and low quality. The "telescoping" rod retracts under the slightest pressure. I should have bought the $25 one if I wanted something this cut-rate and pathetic.

The selfio stick is nice. But the Bluetooth button on the other hand is horribly executed. You go to set it up on your phone only for it to stay connected for a few seconds. An then it disconnects. I can't even manage to try and take a selfie to see if the thing works properly due to it always shutting off. Fix the Bluetooth connectivity issues and this product should work. Take it off the shelves so no one else has to pay this much and be just as disappointed.

Piece of junk! I bought this to help assist in taking nice photos with my brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max but this crappy Bluetooth remote stopped working! This José s totally ticked me off! What a major disappointment!

Does not lock into place. Hard to extend and keep extended, hard to collapse completely. The second one I've had with the same issue.

Product is not sturdy enough to handle a phone on it’s clip. It rotates all of a sudden whenever you use it as a selfie stick
