This has been a great selfie stick. The bluetooth button was easy to connect.

Pretty cheap feeling when expanded. Doesn't hold iPhone at angle set, even when locked. The remote is forever falling off of the holder and can get lost easily. There are better options around.

Definitely not worth what I paid for this and it is mostly plastic and it doesn't lock tight and phone falls out all of the time. Not even easy to use.

Joby's quality control has really gone downhill, for this piece of gear is built like a child's toy. The ball joint constantly loosens up within a few shots. The telescoping rod is pitiful, for it is difficult to extend and keep locked in place, and just as difficult to collapse. Instead of being able to pull it out quickly to its full length, I have to pull and twist all four sections individually to their lock position to achieve any stability, which doesn't last long. It looks great, but from an engineer's viewpoint, it's poorly implemented and way overpriced for something at this quality level. To add insult to injury, BestBuy only gives you two week to figure this out and return it which was a shocker to me

This selfie stick is awkward. The capture button comes off- which I guess is a good idea if you want to use it as a tripod. However, if you’re trying to use it as a selfie stick, the button comes off the stick very easily. We went to Yosemite-tried to use this for the amazing views there, but it kept disconnecting from my Bluetooth in my phone. Quite disappointing for the cost.

This is ok product. Had some blue tooth connecting issues. I would buy the better model.

not bad the wing tip got broken but warranty was easy to replace by contacting manufacturers
