Good bundle of all John Wick films on 4K

4K TROUBLE!!!

I had trouble with all three discs stopping, pausing, freezing, and skipping. What is the problem with 4K UHD Blu-ray Discs? What did play on the discs was great to watch in 4K, I'm just upset that this set of discs were defective. (Too late to take back to the store, and this isn't the first time I have had trouble with 4K discs). This would have been a 5 star rating if the triple feature discs would have played all the way through. A nice collection to have but not worth the price sense the movies don't work. I tried a different 4K player and different UHD HDMI cord & cleaning the disc, same results. Am I the only person having this trouble with 4K movies? Please let me know, or leave a comment, thanks. 2 disks didn't work

I know that this is not typical of movies I buy from Best Buy. I'm working on returning it, but as it was a Christmas present that I had delivered to a different state it is proving a little difficult....
