    I thought this was a well made film. With that said, I didn't think it lived up to the hype that most media outlets put out there. Very entertaining, great performances.

    i really wish todd phillips had just decided to direct a movie calls "the pains of being a white man" and didn't utilize IP to do so. but he didn't, and here we are. Phoenix is incredible and the movie is gorgeous from a technical standpoint. it's just the fact that the movie justifies everything this character does, and it still doesn't come close to making him even an anti-hero and yes, i would recommend this to a friend because i believe all art should be viewed and evaluated by the individual, not the masses

    Great movie and Mr. Phoenix is amazing. The story is very serious and dark. So dark in fact that you may leave the movie with a form of depression for a bit.
