This was a good movie and I understand how Joaquin Phoenix won the best actor Oscar. It covers the time period pre Heath Ledger. I did find it a bit disturbing though in a way similar to Apartment Zero. Probably best not for young children or "impressionable minds."

The Joker is such a bizarre and strange movie that you can’t look away from. It makes you uncomfortable but you love it for that reason. Great movie

This movie is not for everyone, but I enjoyed it as much as any comic book movie in recent memory. The acting, especially by Phoenix, was tremendous.

The joker was such a crazy film, Joaquin Phoenix showed how the joker became the joker. There was nothing but surprises throughout the whole movie.
