This is by far the greatest movie. Surround is so clear and the story line is great.

I thought it was a good movie and good quality transfer. I like getting physical discs still instead of digital, although this of course came with digital, as well.

Wasn't a terrible movie. Have to understand that is about a story being told vs a typical Batman vs. Joker type movie. I probably won't watch it again anytime soon.

I was ambivalent about this when I saw it in theaters. If you’ve seen Scorsese’s Taxi Driver & The King of Comedy — obvious influences on this film — you really won't be seeing anything all that different here (aside from its comic “bookiness” allusions). Looks & sounds great on 4K, no doubt, but as a film what does it add up to? Not much that hasn’t already been done. Joaquin Phoenix IS this film; without him, there’d be no reason to see it. Btw, as you watch pay attention to all clocks, portrayals of time.
