A dark, psychological film showcasing the transformation of Arthur Fleck to The Joker we all know and love. Joaquin Phoenix was the perfect casting for this role and showcased why he's such a great actor. Might not be the Joker you are expecting but definitely a Joker everyone can appreciate.

Joaquin Phoenix has been better in other movies (looking at The Master), but he deserved the accolades here. The movie is very compelling and a different look at a villain. This disc is great, but lacks a bit on the special features.

The psychotic villian got his pyscho film in a good way. This film was creepy and unsettling in all the good ways. The performances were all spot on. The cinematography was stunning and I couldn't look away. If you are a fan of thrillers, The Joker and just all around good film then watch this!

I still miss Heath Ledger as the Joker, RIP Heath, but Joaquin Phoenix did an awesome job! I don't know how timelines would work out to get his Joker in a future Batman, but it probably wouldn't be mentioned anyway. Looks great in 4K.

This movie is a character study of an icon in comic book lore, but not what you’re expecting. It’s a much more realistic take on the Joker, one centered around the main character’s decent into madness. It’s dark, gritty and fascinating with one of the greatest performances you’ll ever see.

While some film critcis may say it borrowed liberally from early Scorsese films like Taxi Driver and King of Comedy, director Todd Philips says he wanted to capture that gritty vibe of late 70s/early 80s films. Looks beautiful in 4K, but the real highlight is Phoenix's performance as the Joker.

Amazing quality on this .. It's my first steelbook so this is really cool I preordered it months ago and it shipped earlier than expected which was cool and packaged nicely .. Will definatley be getting more steel books ... Loved the 4k movie quality .. I had an amazing experience all around ..

The film itself is brilliant; that goes without saying. Its presentation here, with fine sound and picture resolution definitely does it justice. And the steelbook format of the packaging is almost always my preferred,not only because of the durability, but because it just looks so damned COOL.

This one is intense. It develops a character that we thought we knew. The draw to this movie will definitely be for Gotham purist. Joaquin Phoenix has taken the development of The Joker character unexpected levels. It is worth watching just to see what he put into the role. I'm going to say that this one is not for everyone but you will see an actor BECOME A CHARACTER in ways that are seldom seen. I would recommend to friends but try to prepare them for a new experience

This was an awakening of the senses Movie. Has all the characteristics of a god movie; very moving, compassionate, humbling, great Casting, acting , script writing, drama, heartwarming, draws you into the character. You actually feel You’re in the Movie feeling sympathy for the character.

The movie was so much different than I expected it to be- in a good way. Minus all of the controversy around the subject I was overall very satisfied with it. On another note: this was the first SteelBook that I have ever purchased and am pleasantly satisfied with the quality of the product.

Outstanding dark piece with yet another “take” on the origin of the Joker. Joaquin Phoenix is uncomfortably magnificent. Some upsetting but obviously necessary scenes portraying the reality of someone truly “losing it”. This is not your Batman’s Joker whatsoever

First off the steelbook collectible packaging is fantastic. Wish they would’ve used a different image for the front but it is what it is, it’s slowly growing on me somewhat. Phenomenal movie, blew me away In theatres and still blew me away at home. So happy to own this masterpiece now.

This movie gets to the very beginning of what made the Joker what he is and why it all happened. It's crisp in 4K Ultra HD, the sound is better in 4K as well, enhancing a story that pulls you in to see things the way Joker does. Great acting with great story make this a great movie to buy.

I saw Joker in the movies, and I enjoyed it very much. I planned on purchasing it once it went to DVD, and Best Buy matched the low price Walmart had. I still watch it today and now look for Easter Eggs I missed the other times

The product came in perfect condition and I had no issues with the digital code (I’ve purchased movies that had no code at all when they were supposed to) and the movie itself had no issues like skipping or anything else. Would definitely recommend this movie to anyone who hasn’t seen it.

This is a dark film that does an excellent portrayal of explaining how the Joker becomes into being. Some of the best cinematography I've seen. It has a dark sense of humor to it, especially with how Joker zones out and imagines stuff that is not real in the film.

This movie is amazing and watching it in 4k HDR is the only way to view this movie. It looks amazing and a great movie. It's a one off movie just about joker but has elements of Bruce Wayne. If you're a DC or Joker fan this is a must buy. Watching it on my PS5 now.

My take on this movie was full of skepticism as no one could pull off this character the way Heath Ledger portage it. But after watching this movie I wanted more time with this version since Phoenix didn’t disappoint me. Can’t wait to see what they do next with this character and Phoenix.

First, the acting is amazing! From everyone involved. It was so well portrayed you had no choice but to feel bad for this sick sick man. It so glamorously touch the sad depravity of the status of mental health in this country, this world for that matter. It was the harsh reality of mental health as Spun was to meth addiction. A must watch for every collection and a movie to be discussed after with the group you watched it with. I left feeling dirty but wanting more.
