This movie gives great background information into his character. Not ‘hard to watch’ as critics made it out to be. Definitely worth watching. I wish it would started his story when he was a young boy. Setting it up for the sequel.

Wow what can i say. This movie es excelent. Near perfect pacing, a great story, and oh did i mention the acting. Potentially one of the best performances of the decade. If you have not seen this movie yet it is time to watch it.

joaquin phoenix is undoubtedly one of the best actors in a long time as portrayal of the Joker. from start to finish, the film is astonishing and fantastic acting. easily one of the best of films of 2019. I highly reccomend Joker.

An absolutely incredible movie. I was unsure what to expect but within a few minutes I was hooked. The acting and screenplay was exceptional. A best actor award is obvious. No one else could have brought the Joker to life. W O W. !

The Joker is an amazing movie. The acting is out of this world great. I had to have it in my collection just in case if down the road Warner Brothers tries to delete scenes on their streaming service.

Joaquin Phoenix is possibly our greatest living actor and I loved this movie. Beautifully shot and lovingly crafted. Slight Scorsese knock off but that didn't bother me at all. Riveting from start to finish.

This is one of Joaquin Phoenix's finest performances! To watch him be the character and his descent into madness is truly disturbing. This is not your standard comic book movie and is in absolutely no way for little children!!

This is a fantastic movie! 4K is beautiful and adds to the experience. I know a lot of people think this movie goes too far but I really just think it reflects the true ugliness of our nature. Highly recommend!

It’s hard to call this movie “good”. It’s most definitely well executed and a stunning performance from Juaquin Phoenix will definitely leave an impression. But it is so dark and depressing that I can hardly anticipate revisiting it often. It is also an excellent showcase for your 4K HDR display, just don’t expect it to be in regular rotation.

This should have won Movie of the year! Phoenix does an amazing job as the Joker. There is also a deep underlining message in this movie about the state of mental health in this county. We can do better. Buy it!

I pre-ordered this movie since November of last year. I saw it in the theatre and I couldn't wait for it to come out on dvd. I liked the fact that as soon as my dvd was available I received an email from Best Buy that it was ready.

Not only do I absolutely love this movie for great acting and plot, the sound and picture quality is amazing! I have a soft spot for imax picture movies, you get to use your entire screen for the picture, amazing! I love this movie

A very dark and well acted and wonderfully executed (again very dark) film. Joker is a must own for any DC Film fan or 4K film collector! The visual quality of the 4K disc is one of the absolute best. Period.

Great take on the Joker character. Wish I can watch it over again as if I never saw it before. Loved it! I feel like it could have been longer. Maybe a sequel ? I want to see more of this world..this story line..this style.

This is a great movie for DC fans, an original backstory on the Joker. It also provides some food for thought on mental illness and how those suffering from it are treated by society, without being overt in its social commentary.

Great movie, should be an instant classic! I haven't compared the 4K version to the standard Blu-Ray but with regard to the steelbook - it's acceptable. The insert and the back of the book are great but personally, I feel the front cover art could have been better. It doesn't capture the feel of the movie quite as well as the import version does.

I was never in to superhero movies. But this one educated me on how heroes or villains become who they are. The Joker has no special powers but influences the world. This can happen now and maybe somewhat already has. Great movie.

Everyone has seen this movie. The performance is remarkable… It was cringe fest, lol. And I believe that was the point. I don’t want to see another actor in this role for a long, long time.

Fantastic movie. The steelbook package is glossy and the art is different than typical (but awesome) poppy images you see on big releases. The title is also oriented vertically on the spine which is an interesting design choice.

This is a twisted look on how the joker came to be and it works very well in the thriller-style depiction that it follows throughout its story! This was also a great buy as it came with digital, Blu-ray, and a DVD copy!!!
