At first I went into this movie thinking it was going to be very similar to the original. 30 minutes in and I was a little frustrated with how it was going. However, as I continued watching I started to really enjoy how this movie built up. I was dying of laughter throughout the film. A lot of the times I had to say wait, what is going on. Laughter would be quick to follow. Jack Black and the character he portrayed was fantastic. Hilariously funny film you should check out.

I was disappointed in the original Jumanji. Maybe I expected too much from Robin Williams; I don't know. I found this sequel to be better. It was funny. It had good comedians in it. Good twists. It was a bit inspiring. I liked it and didn't think I would like it as much as I did (so, maybe, that made me like it more).

I wasn't a fan of the original, (I know, don't hate me,) but I LOVE the new one! Funny, lots of action and the whole cast is just great. I think I like the first better than the sequel, but it was also good. Looking forward to part three hopefully??!!!

I’ve always been a Jumanji fan ever since the original film with Robin Williams. I was hesitant to see the reboot since they’re not always the greatest. I will say that these are both equally hilarious. Great cast and sense of adventure. Must see.

It is always nice when a sequel is better than the original movie. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle is an adventure that lovingly looks back with some Easter eggs while moving the theme to a new level. The presentation on the 4k disc is excellent and the audio track was enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The Rock solidified himself as the biggest action star in this fun, family movie. The premiise of the original Jumanji is updated for the Video gaming era. When four kids get sucked into a video game they must put aside their differences and work together to finish the game before using up all of their lives.

I cannot say enough about this movie. I didn’t have high hopes for it because I am a fan of robin, but I loved how they nodded to his character without messing with the original. This was a whole new movie and surpassed my expectations. The actors did fantastic. Buy this movie you won’t regret it.

I took my three youngsters (ages 8, 9, & 10) to see this at the theater and we could not wait for it to come out on DVD/Blu-ray. We've already re-watched it numerous times and my 17 year-old thought it was great, too. Funny dialogue, good casting, fun story. I thought this was much better than the original.

The sequel was showing in theaters at the same time as the latest Star Wars movie, and my kids voted to watch this one over Star Wars. I'm glad they did. Bought this, so we can watch it again and decide if original or sequel is better. The original wins by close margin.

I was surprised all around with this title. The movie itself was fun and entertaining with a lot of replay value. The AV on the disc was impressive as well. I wasn’t expecting as much deep bass as I got, which was a welcome bonus!

I was skeptical about this movie at first and only decided to rent it from Redbox when I had a promo code. We were all pleasantly surprised. It was funnier than we expected. Yes, it's kind of stupid humor and silly at times with some unexpected mildly violent parts, but overall we enjoyed it. My nephew liked it so much, I ended up purchasing it. It's a fun movie. I think I personally prefer the original, but I grew up watching it, so maybe that's not unexpected.

This movie made me laugh from start to finish! Jack Black plays his roll so believably. The Rock telling himself "Don't Cry, Don't Cry!" was hilarious! That is all without even adding Kevin Hart who sends this movie over the top, especially the rhino scene! Don't even second guess this movie! Just buy it!

I was hesitant going into this one but the trailers made me think it would be a fun movie. This movie far surpassed my expectations. It was hilarious form beginning to end and it did a good job of paying homage to the previous one but mostly writing its own story. Overall a well done, fun ride.

This second installment in the series is as good as the first. You actually see what happens in Jumanji. There is no need to see the first one, this can stand alone, although I have seen the orginal, it has been a while. It is good from the beginning to the end. I have recommended it to my friends.

One of the best comedies around. Rock, Jack Black, Kevin Hart and Karen Gillan are so wonderful together. Bluray transfer is wonderful. Images are crisp and clean while the audio immerses you into the movie. Highly recommend to have in your library. It's one that can be enjoyed over and over.

My husband and I saw this in the movie theater and loved it. I knew this was a movie that I was going to want to own so as soon as I saw its release date I placed my order on line so I could pick up on my way home from work that evening. And as usual Best Buy has the best price and best service.

I was hesitant about this movie since I am a huge fan of Robin Williams' Jumanji. However, this surpassed my expectations. It was a fresh take on the Jumanji world and the cast performances were exceptional. Jack Black stole the show. Almost every time he was on screen, he was hysterical.

I thought this movie was going to be garbage when it came out and I was appalled that they would change the movie entirely but I ended up seeing it in theater and loved it. It was a great movie, great acting and was really funny hence I bought it when it went on sale blackthursday.

Fantastic super funny great colors and graphics especially if you have a HDR TV. very well written very funny entertaining movie. I purchased the steelbook Edition at Best Buy. the only thing that would make it better is that Best Buy would bring Jumanji out in 3D Blu-ray. we need 3D Blu-ray.

Funny movie for the family. If you have little ones, some words may be offensive. And really, they weren’t even necessary to make this movie hilarious. The actors were great in it.
