Jurassic Park, is quite simply, one of the greatest blockbusters ever made. The plot looks simple: a group of experts and friends are invited to explore a theme park that has yet to open - but the premise is high-concept in that way only Michael Crichton is high-concept: the park is filled with living dinosaurs cloned from ancient DNA. And quickly, the ordinary tour becomes a terrifying thrill-ride for survival, complete with claws, teeth, fangs, venom, and more

This is the classic dino movie that started the Jurassic Park / World universe. grab your snacks, turn off the lights, hit the bass boost on your surround sound or crank th sub-woofer, and enjoy the movie especially when you first hear the t-rex roar for the first time. again and again. You get a cool movie tin and digital copy too of this classic. ENJOY!

While some might opt for the trilogy BluRay pack, I would still recommend this to any collector. If you haven't seen Jurassic Park, grab this immediately. Don't have a BluRay player? A DVD is included. At $15, this steelbook is a steal (pun intended)! And for those who dig deep into video: This is the same HD transfer used for the Trilogy and Anniversary Edition. This is not the new 3D transfer with corrected tint. Don't get me wrong- the movie looks darn spectacular!

This is a must have for any Jurassic park fan the special limited edition tin packaging just sets this off its definitely worth it I picked up all 4 of the special tins today as well as the special limited edition gift set of Jurassic world I would recommend definitely getting this as well as the other 3 it will be well worth it for any fan

This has been one of my favorite films for a long time, and for good reason: this is hands-down one of Steven Spielberg's best films, a tightly plotted, breathlessly paced, thrill ride of a movie that still has the power to excite after 20 years. It's CGI still stands as one of the best examples, besting most movies from this generation, but never at the expense of the story unfolding before us. Absolutely recommended.

I was so excited seeing it released back in theaters and being able to see it in 3D that I had to buy it and watch it with my family. The whole immersive feeling to the movie and the way they have adapted the movie for 3D is well done and worth it for me. It is one of those movies that I will willingly spend the money to be able to have my own at-home theater experience whenever I want!

The 3D conversion is excellent, as good as Titanic 3D. It also appears they made some changes to the look of the film. There is a warmer color grade throughout and film grain is absent compared to the previous Blu-ray release. Perhaps these changes were necessary to make the 3D conversion to work, who knows. But if such things do not bother you, then you will enjoy the 3D effects.

It's criminal that I only recently picked up the bluray of Jurassic Park. I've been a fan since it was first released, I have a photo of myself in front of Nedry's jeep, tons of merchandise to this day. This movie holds up!! The mix of early cg and the unbelievable practical effects work wonderfully. Be sure to check the imdb page for awesome trivia :)

If you are not particularly in need of owning the entirety of the Jurassic Park franchise on film, the first film may be for. An overall excellent Sci-Fi Horror that still holds up today with early use of computer graphics combined with practical effects. Plus, it has Dinosaurs! Great for newcomers or collectors.

This is one of Steven Spielberg's greatest movies and a classic, at least for my generation. The script, the casting, animatronics and obviously John Williams at his best is what made this movie so memorable and a fan favorite. I could watch this movie all week and not get tired of it. Must watch if you haven't seen it yet

Even after all these years, this movie is still very enjoyable and my whole family likes watching it. It was the start of a great franchise (with mostly great movies in the collection). A must-have for any movie lover!

I've always loved this movie. I saw it in the cinema when I was a kid. It's loosely based off of the Novel by Micheal Crichton The Audio has been reworked into 7.1 and even though I only have a 5.1 system, it sounds AMAZING! This is a must buy, especially if you want to test out a surround sound system!

ABSOLUTE CLASSIC! Jurassic Park is a fast-moving (after the initial set-up to the story) action thriller involving the addition of dinosaurs to modern times. Good film for the family; HOWEVER, there are a few violent scenes that some parents may want to skip over for younger children.

Who would have ever thought that one day we would be able to see how dinosaur would look like on the big screen, and Mr. Spielberg was the perfect man for the job hands down, A wonderful movie for the whole family from begining to end, so if your looking for a great dinosaur movie go ahead and pick this up

Steven Speilberg created an amazing film. The acting is superb, the location was stunning, and the story is top-of-his-game. The pinnacle has to be the special effects which are by and far mind-boggling even 15 years later. By all means, a must have for any serious film viewer and collector.

This movie is one of my favorite movies. It's very believable. I really like the cast. The dinosaurs are awesome. It's one of the most entertaining movies. The story is amazing. If you haven't seen it or you don't like it, what is wrong with you?

If you are a Jurassic Park series fan, this is the perfect item to add to your collection! They all come with a display stand and a wonderful tin case. This is a perfect gift to give to someone you know who loves the Jurassic Park franchise!

Even though the movie itself wasn't filmed with 3D cameras and meant for "3D", the 3D version of Jurassic Park is amazing and just as enjoyable as the original theatrical version. Highly recommended!

I love this movie! This movie is the best dinosaur movie ever! I love all the jurassic park movies! They are so awesome and you learn a lot about dinosaurs. I was intrigued by all the different types of dinosaurs; this movie was so much fun to watch. It is masterfully executed!

This is one of the better conversions of a title to 3D ranking up there with Titanic. The disc also features and exclusive featurette on the 3D conversion which was a nice and unexpected bonus.
