The original Jurassic Park is a masterpiece in my opinion. Maybe due to the fact that I was a young kid when this came out but it brought dinosaurs to life and the CG even still holds up to this day. Great story and suspenseful I can watch this movie time and time again and never get bored.

The Blu-ray version of the classic film looks good and the story still captivates all these years later. A true summer classic - you gotta have it in your collection. Watch for the great but short scenes with Samuel L Jackson and the guy who played Newman on Seinfeld. It's a classic!

Always the go to for dino mayhem and easily the best one of the series. The picture and sound quality is superb. Every T-Rex roar, Raptor call, and bloody scream is heard with amazing life like new 7.1 audio mix. A must own, especially the JP Bluray set.

One of the first Blu Ray movies that I purchased was the original Jurassic Park. The movie experience is reminiscent of how I felt when I saw the movie in the theater over twenty years ago. You can't go wrong with this Blu Ray with its amazing detail, clear sound, and maximum experience.

The Film: it's Jurassic Park, if you don't know about it by now, watch it, form your own opinion. Most are positive that I know of. Solid directing by Spielberg and acting from the cast. The packaging: Complete with the rest of the set, this is a Best Buy exclusive, so definitely worth it.

Where it all started, Jurassic Park. Watching the effects and dedication that went into making this movie so special. Jurassic Park honestly got me very interested in dinosaurs and continues to fuel my love for dinosaurs. This movie paved the way for a fantastic movie that is Jurassic World.

My husband, sister, and I all watched this movie. It was my sister's first time watching it, and my first time in 3D. We loved it, and I feel like 3D made it more intense for me.

Jurassic Park, the first one, is my favorite. I think it is even better than this last one. The video quality was just great! The 3 D effect was great also. The 3 D effect on this movie was better than some movies that were filmed in 3 D. I think they did an excellent job converting this.

The movie event when it came out! Shook the seats when the t rex roared and everyone was awed by the special effects. Yes it is not the book and that is fine, i see them as two different universes. Take this movie and the following 3 for what it is. Great fun and dinosaurs wreaking havoc!

I loved this movie since I was a little kid. I thought with physical media unfortunately slowing down that a edition like this would never be released. We need more exclusives with extra content nowadays. “Special Editions” are becoming much too rare.

I updated my DVD to this Blu-Ray version, on sale and with Rewards credit for a great steal! The blu-ray included a digital HD UVVU copy. Sweet! The CGI and story line was near flawless. It was great on DVD, but now it's even better on Blu-ray and on my 4K TV with surround sound.

Daughter had recently lost her Jurassic park DVD which she had had for years. She watches this movie at least once a week, so we figured we not only needed a new one but why not also make it bluray! Plus worth it more here than at Wally world, since they charge more for a non-bluray disc

As a lover of Jurassic Park, I have to say I was blown away with how much the 3d adds to this classic. Improved surround sound really bring you into the movie and overall it's just a really great experience. Yes, the CGI looks dated, even more so in 3d, but who cares really. Highly recommended!!

Love this movie! Could watch over and over. Was so fascinated as a child watching this movie and still find it so amazing. True movie magic. Effects still hold up to today standards. Actually, I feel like they’re better then Jurassic world.

Jurassic Park is one of my all time favorite movies so I was super bummed when I missed the 3D release in the theaters. The 3D Blu-ray is totally excellent though! I highly recommend this!

Great movie and hope they convert II and III to 3D. Was a little disappointed in the quality but, I think it's how the movie industry is transferring older movies to HD and 3D. Either way I enjoy 3D movies so for the price and ability to watch the movie in 3D was good enough for me.

I bought this dvd at a great price for a 3d movie and will enjoy it many times on the Samsung curved television I bought at best buys. The salesman Mike Altby was very helpful and was very pleasant.. HE IS A REAL ASSET TO BEST BUYS. I wish more stores would have people like him.

I've had an original copy of the DVD for years, finally upgrading to a blueray copy and I have to say, the Audio and video quality is very impressive, I'd say it looks just as good as the more recent Jurassic World. Gotta have it if you don't.

Looked great for an 'old' movie. I didn't really care for the tin packaging but since I somehow ended up getting the tin package for the blu ray 3d of Jurassic World from Amazon... I figured oh well, might as well get the rest of them in the round tin. Plus they were on sale.

You know the story, you know the characters, now you get to see them all over again in awesome bluray! The original and classic Jurassic Park re-released in a collectible tin, only from Best Buy. I snagged this with the two sequels AND Jurassic World for one super low price.
