    Part 2 didn't disappoint

The second in the Jurassic World trilogy, Owen and Claire return to rescue the dinosaur critters that have been roaming free for several years since they all got out. Dinosaurs free, on the loose, for years and they're going to march 2 by 2 onto a great big floating ark like Noah. Totally plausible plot. Just watch and enjoy this huge specials effects laden movie. The steelcase was pretty cool, especially that Blue on the cover was, blue. The inside colors were a little muted and meh but overall, it's another pretty cool Best Buy exclusive steelcase.

We were so excited for this movie to come out and Chris Pratt does not disappoint! Jurassic Park stepped out of a novel onto the big screen years ago and it has spanned the years between myself and my kids to provide great entertainment, from the first movie through this one, and now we can’t wait for sequels! Universal Studios continues to outdo itself in the world of dinosaurs. It’s great that they were able to develop the story further and keep it highly engaging. This will be a movie that we’ll watch again and again with they entire series!

Product overall is great. Steelbooks are great collectibles. I do suggest that you pick up your product at a local Best Buy instead of ordering online for Shipment. About 50% of the time, i end up coming in for a replacement due to damaged Item. It should be noted however, that the incentive for pre-ordering this Movie early is to get the Digital Code early release. I never received the code. And when I called the customer service department/Digital codes department, they were not able to help at all. They kept sending me Expired codes.

My great thanks to Jonathan, Aiden and Andrew for all the wonderful help they all were helping me to transfer my pictures to my ipad. It was very confusing for me but they were very good in accomplishing the task. I will definitely recommend the Colerain Avenue Geek Squad to everyone. They were able to explain it to me so that I could understand what to do in the future. Jonathan was especially patient with me. Again thank you for much.

The steelbook is quite bland. But for $12.99, for a 4K movie, in steelbook edition, well you just can’t beat that. The movie itself is a good pop-corn movie, and made nicer in 4K resolution .

The story and cinematography are excellent in this latest follow up in the Jurassic World movie series. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard have an amazing on screen chemistry perfect for these movies that helps it go the extra mile where the dinosaurs pick up the rest of the slack. I do wish Jeff Goldblum would have received more screen time but that’s just because it’s Jeff Goldblum. Other than that, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom was an emotional thrill ride full of suspense and laughter. Would definitely watch again and again.

I didn't expect much going into this movie and left it with an indifferent feeling. It certainly doesn't live up its predecessors, but overall worth adding to your 4K library. PQ is amazing.

I liked how this movie related to the original idea of the cloning for Jurassic Park. Now that the island is gone and the dino's have been released into our world I feel that the writing will have to be real careful not to continue just to make another movie. But I enjoyed watching the characters from Jurassic World together again and that a man can still have a connection with a creature that never should have had a chance to happen in the first place. I hope that if there is a next movie, that is explored again.

The Jurassic park movies after the first one have been hit or miss. Having some awesome moments but also some cringy moments. This one is that type but also some shocking reveals

A pretty entertaining movie, but they’re starting to really stretch the story line. Only so many ways to say ‘dinosaurs are dangerous’ before it starts to get a little far fetched...

This movie is a large letdown from the original Jurassic Park and even the sequel. Not worth the purchase, maybe you can get it free on one of the streaming services.

When I first heard about the movie everyone kept saying it wasn't very good which left me very unsure whether or not to buy it. However, I figured after the whole deadpool 2 nightmare people are generally not always a reliable source to base decisions on. So after I bought it and finally saw it for myself I have to say it was a pretty good movie. Don't get me wrong, some parts they pushed the politics a little much and two or three scenes needed a bit better writing and acting, but all in all I'd easily give it a 4 out 5.

Honestly I bought this so I could have the entire series. This one is definitely weak compared to the first Jurassic world and really only diehards need this one.

This movie is good and kind of what you would expect from the trailer. Bad guys are deceiving the good guys, good guys try to stop the bad guys. With help from old "friends."

Great CG and audio. Storyline is quite predictable. Very similar to previous Jurassic movies. Acting is so-so. Bought it on TG on sale just for the A/V effects.

The filmmakers took risks with a beloved franchise and characters to truly grow and expand the world. I appreciate it not being just another rehash of last JP movies. Once the story moves to the impossibly large mansion... we get some horror monster movie imagery, including a roof top fight. This film got me excited to see where the franchise goes next and it definitely expanded the JP world In new and interesting ways.

First of all, kudos to Universal for releasing a 3d version of the movie in the U.S. and to Best Buy for stocking it. Despite what the studios think there are still a lot of us who enjoy 3d movies in the home. It's a pain ordering these movies from overseas. While the story line is a bit weak the action sequences and special effects were very life like. It continues to amaze me the reality of some of the special effects. If you can get past the somewhat weak story line I think most Jurassic fans will enjoy this movie.

    Jurassic World - Fallen Standards

The film is a decent flick, though the recycled story has more holes than a dinosaur chew toy. It's a parade of illogical choices, one after another, leading to a predictable ending that tries to set up another sequel. Uugh. Why can't Hollywood focus on making a good movie FIRST, and then develop sequels later? The film sees our heroes pushing to save the animals, only to be double-crossed by the big evil company guys (sound familiar? yeah, same basic story as The Lost World). Instead of making the logical choice to bring the dinos to one of the other islands (remember, there are multiple islands for the Jurassic Parks), they instead haul them to California for their illegal operation.... An operation that in and of itself defies logic. The second half of the movie is the usual assortment of jump scares and scooby-doo-esque chase. The CG looks great and the action is entertaining enough, just don't expect any level of intellectual stimulation or character depth like the original (Jurassic Park, not Jurassic World). The characters themselves feel wooden, forgettable token set pieces - nerdy computer guy, feisty female vet, smug evil corporate dude, maximum testosterone hunter guy, ect. - and even the two main stars, Chris and Bryce, feel like they're playing this by-the-numbers without any real emotional investment. The ending, as I said, feels illogical and forced just to keep the sequel cash train moving. Probably would not recommend the film unless it's for kids who don't care about plot or character structure and just want to see cool dinosaurs. The story is subpar, the characters are meh, only the CG really a highlight. Do yourself a favor and go with the original instead. It's so much better than this.

Like Empire was the best for the 1st trilogy for Star Wars, this I bet will be for thos trilogy even though we only have 2 of the movies. The only bad scene was when Owen was just left in the jungle inches from lava, since this is a movie I will let the fact he should have melted have a pass, but I would like how he was just left there, I know they were a shady organization, but the girl that was helping blue could put up an argument that they would need him to help keep blue alive.

This is not a great movie, but I thought it was much better than the last offering. The story is better, and this one gives us more in the way of characters to care about. The special effects were excellent. So, if you enjoy the franchise, seeing the dinosaurs and all, then you won’t be disappointed I don’t think. The dinosaurs also eat some people in this one so parents might want to take that into account in letting kids watch. Four stars: three for the basic movie, plus one more for the special effects.
