I waited for this to go on sale, as it was not worth the full price of a day-one blu-ray purchase. They showed all the good parts in the trailers, so there's not much to look forward to. But I own the rest of them, so I have to keep the collection going.

This is the best of all the Jurassic Park sequels!

Had heard this was a good movie better then the previous one. Well visually captivating the story was as silly as the others. I liked the 1st movie but the franchise has gotten silly...bought it also because its 3D. I'd say rent it if you got to see it.

Like all Jurassic Park movies, the dinosaurs are the center of the storyline. However, unlike the others, this flick almost broke my heart. I understand that dinosaurs were extinct, but for man to make the decision to let them die an extremely painful death was disheartening to say the least. How like man to play God by creating them and then letting them be destroyed as well. But, as with most Scifi flicks, some came to their rescue. There were so many emotional ups and downs in this movies, I got tired of getting tears in my eyes. In the end though, a few survived- with Blue leading the way. Needless to say, there are plenty of ways that Jurassic Park can continue the story. Can't wait till the next one.

Let me start off by saying that any review of a Jurrasic Park/World movie that complains that it's another movie with dinosaurs chasing people has no business reviewing the movie. That is what the movies are about, if you are not onboard for that then move along. There are fair criticisms that can be made about character and plot points but don't dismiss the movie based on the premise of the franchise! My wife and I both enjoyed this movie a lot, we found the story to be engaging and it went in a different direction than the previous films. If you liked the first Jurrasic World then I think you will enjoy this one too. The 3D is very good as well, a couple of pop-out but the depth of the images is what impressed me.

The movie comes in a very nice metal tin which is a nice way to protect and also display the movies. I also like the ability to get the digital copy as well that I can stream from either my phone or various XBOX/PS4/Google Chrome/Fire TV to watch whenever I want to without having to get the discs out. The picture quality and surround are very nice as I expected but the movie just didn't grab me the way the first one did. Special effects were just as good as the first one making the animals appear as realistic as CG Dinosaurs can be. Overall I am happy with the purchase just wish the move had sucked me in as much as the first one. Still a great addition to my entire JP collection.

I enjoyed watching this movie for the entertainment value, thinking how ridiculous the whole story is. After the original Jurassic Park movie, each sequel has lost some believability With that said, I will still say that I liked the movie.

I love the Jurassic dinosaur franchise and this is one more for my collection. It has a fairly good story and lots of action but adding children seems to slow it down and makes you worry about their safety. The ability to believe that a velociraptor was able to not want to kill all people seems far fetched. The first movie said they are pack hunters so how they could be trained to be obedient to one man has been my only beef with the franchise. Otherwise the other dinosaurs especially the ones that are created in the laboratory are what makes the movie great. Not to give any spoilers but the next one can be the most exciting yet.

I enjoyed the first show. I kept hoping that it would show up again with the same Cast of characters but this just didn't do it. Still think its a good movie. just look at it like it is the first show and no problem.

Movie is just ok, The first half is great and then the second half it falls apart. Steelbook is ok too. I only got it because it was cheap and I have all the other movies, I would only get it if that would be your reason to.

Will anyone ever listen to Ian Malcom? The answer is NO! And so we have another installment of this franchise. We get to marvel at the VFX and cliff-hanging thrills we expect of a summer, pop corn movie. We also get a glimpse into the possibilities of the next sequel. Perhaps lost in all of the action and adventure is the underlying existential question of whether man in all his hubris is the true master of the universe. This fictionalized tale regarding the ethics and morality of genetic engineering, both animal and human, has relevancy to the real world we live in today.

I've been enjoying the Jurassic Park/World movies in theaters since the first film debuted in 1993. A lot of crazy things have happened during the course of these five films, but the one thing that hasn't is the dinosaurs causing havoc because of the hubris of man. This newest film does something all of the others haven't though---bringing the iconic creatures to the mainland! In addition to the high quality presentation of the film itself, this blu-ray set comes complete with plenty of extras. If you've enjoyed any of the Jurassic films like I have thus far, I'm certain you'll enjoy this one too. 4 stars out of 5.

I am a sucker for Dinosaurs. While not all of the "Jurassic" films have been great, this one, in my opinion, gets the series back on track. The action is intense. There are some frightening moments as well. It hits all the right buttons for a summer blockbuster. The acting is much better in this film compared to the previous one. As far as the picture and sound quality go, it is pretty much demo worthy. There are a few interesting special features as well. If you are a fan of the series, or just want to watch a good action movie, I would definitely add this one to your collection.

This time greed and an emerging danger combine to tell a dramatic tale of a race against time as the former park faces destruction from the volcano. The actors were perfectly cast, and their interaction carried the picture to an interesting conclusion ( perhaps setting the stage for the final film, due I believe 2021) and which promises to be just as good as its previous films. Get the blu-ray and watch the final extra by Barbasol its great! but only on the blu-ray. Get your copy today!

It's been three years since theme park and luxury resort Jurassic World was destroyed by dinosaurs out of containment. Isla Nublar now sits abandoned by humans while the surviving dinosaurs fend for themselves in the jungles. When the island's dormant volcano begins roaring to life, Owen (Chris Pratt) and Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) mount a campaign to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from this extinction-level event. Owen is driven to find Blue, his lead raptor who's still missing in the wild, and Claire has grown a respect for these creatures she now makes her mission.

The best Jurassic Movie! (In my opinion) the CGI is AMAZING MUCH better than Jurassic Parks. The characters, Writing, Acting (apart from Franklin) are all amazing and the Cinematography, Uh Oh Muh BEAUTIFUL, FANTASTIC, AMAZING, BREATHTAKING! well done J A Bayona! Well done! and yes, this is obviously a movie with the sole purpose to bridge the franchise to the final movie, but they put so much effort into it, they could have made it as bad as JP3 and it still would have done good, but they put soooo much effort into it and it shows! making it the best movie.

If you liked the last Jurassic film, you will love this one. The first third of the movie is on the old island and the volcano basically destroys the island and dinosaurs, with the exception of the few rescued before the volcano explodes. Plenty of action in this film and life like mechanical dinosaurs plus CGI effects. "Blue", the raptor from the first film, forms a main part of the last part of the movie, which releases dinosaurs into the streets. A film you can look at again and again. I also like the company who made mine because they included blu ray and dvd.

This is a fun movie to watch, but didn't really stray into new territory we haven't seen yet. I've loved the Jurassic Park series since they came out, but not all of them will be winners unfortunately.
